Love her or hate her Sarah Palin is this weeks ratings darling, scoring 5 million viewers for her new reality show Sarah Palin’s Alaska, a new record for TLC and she did it on a Sunday night.
The new show beat out the networks What Not To Wear which debuted in 2003 with the networks best showing.
The ratings record is based off premiere numbers and still fell far short of the June 2009 divorce announcement episode on Jon & Kate Plus Eight which drew 10.6 million viewers.
The first episode of the show involved Palin and her family fishing, rock climbing and stopping Willow (her daughter) from bringing boys up into her room.
Did you watch Sarah Palin’s Alaska? If you did, what did you think about it.
