The news from I’mNotObsessed is that photographer Larry Birkhead truly is the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s 5-month-old daughter Dannielynn Hope. I still think the jury’s still out on whether Birkhead or Smith’s partner & ex-attorney Howard K. Stern is the father of the baby girl, but here’s the scoop all the same.

“ABC news is reporting that Virgie Arthur, Anna Nicole Smith’s mother, said today on “Good Morning America” that Larry Birkhead is Danielynn’s father. She also said that her daughter’s death was drug related.

“I think she had too many drugs,” Arthur told “GMA” anchor Robin Robert, “just like Danny”. She has also said that the father of her granddaughter, Dannielyn Hope, is not Smith’s attorney Howard K. Stern, as both Smith and Stern claim, but Smith’s ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead.

I believe that it will be Larry Birkhead, it seems to me that Howard K Stern has persuaded and allowed a lot of negatives in Anna Nicole and Daniels life. I believe he loved her but I think he was just as wrong bc he knew what was going on. Larry Birkhead seems very confident that he is the father, and I believe that they did have a lasting relationship. It saddens me to think both mother and son could have been so addicted to drugs and take them together ( I heard today on CNN that methadone was found in Nicoles Bahamian refridgerator- 5 months after her sons is dead; youd think if it was his it would be gone by now). I dont like Virgie Arthur as she’s portrayed but I do believe that she could know a lot and Anna Nicole just didnt get along with her mother. Ive also heard that the grandmother wanting custody of Dannielynn is for money and think, in this situation money or not… wouldnt you want your granddaughter who had no parents and a father that wasnt even related? I believe Howard may be doing a good job with the baby but we have to wonder about all that money he’d get as well. Very tragic all around- i loive Anna but she really made her mess her own, its like the Law of Attraction.

Larry is the father. That’s the only reason Anna Nicole rushed residency and they dodged paternity tests. Bahamian law is that you have to own a home worth over $500K there, which Anna didn’t, she borrowed it from G. Ben Thompson, never paid him and then lied saying it was a gift. No docs exist showing Anna as owner. I also wonder how Howard is getting away with pretending to be Anna’s legal husband when there is no marriage license filed. The wedding was a mere ceremony, sans documentation. It would not entitle Howard legally to any of Anna’s things, and since she didn’t own G. Ben Thompson’s house, Howard can’t stay there and can’t claim it though he’s pulled some crap to drag things out. Howard has no reason to live in the Bahamas now that Anna’s gone, though he, being the unemployed leech he is, can pimp her out in death to make some money since he doesn’t actually do any attorney work other than the shady kind. I don’t think any money will come from the J. Howard Marshall estate now that Anna’s gone, and Howard won’t have enough income on his own to pursue that in court, especially given that he was never legally married to Anna in the States or Bahamas, and the second he steps foot back here, he’s going to have to allow a DNA test. Only a liar would evade a DNA test, which is really simple, just a swab and you’re done. What he fears (in my opinion) is losing possible millions, but I also think this is a “guy” thing. Howard is a loser nerd creep who nabbed Anna and wants a piece of her still – he also gloats to the cameras almost as if he’s saying “F.U. Larry”, because everyone knew he was jealous of Larry’s relationship. When he found out Anna was pregnant by Larry he threw a hissy fit and took her to another country. It’s all simple really, look at it. High School games, only now add homicide / wrongful death. Virgie’s just being a protective Mom. She lost Daniel, now Anna and no matter how estranged your family is, you still love them. I wish the best for Danielynn. (p.s. sorry this is so long)

I think this is a sad end, especially for a little baby who will not know her mother or brother. If Anna was not legally married her mother is responsible for her body and the real baby father once DNA prove will be responsible for the baby. Howard Stern does not have a right to stay in the Bahamas nor hold on to the Home. Anna’s family needs to get a good lawyer to enforce the law, under Bahamian law Howard K. Stern is nothing a mere guest in Anna’s home. I think the baby should be taken from him and put in foster care until this mess is cleared up. He wants MONEY. Although she was estranged from her mother, that does not matter now….R.I.P

I think that Howard loved Anna and was trying to protect Anna from losing her baby or having to share the baby with Larry if he is indeed the father, I would be surprised if Howard is the father and he wouldn’t do the DNA? I think the mother is wrong in wanting to take Anna back to Texas to be buried, Anna would want to be with Daniel and she bought an extra plot, Let Anna be by Daniel.
Hopefully Dannilynn wont get messed up by all this.

Believe it or not Anna had a BIG Heart, and it’s sad to read and hear people say such mean things about her.

I think the mother is wrong too, at least let Anna be buried by her son!! And i believe Larry is the father only bc he wants a paternity so bad, and Howard may have loved Anna, which is why he agreed to say he’s the father, and not do the test…just “not wanting” to do the test “because theyre asked-not own free will” is not a good enough reason to not do it. If i knew Howard was the father i’d say fine lets do it and ill prove u all wrong and end this mess…but what do u do wen u love howard but know Larry is the father? that can be difficult when money is involved…now.Its hard but thats why paternity is the only answer- bc Howard has been there and willing , you want him to stay, but also Larry could be a great dad if hes the real parent, and why not give him a chance to prove it if he is the father? its all just to bad for this baby.

Is it to hard for the judge to declare her mother has the legal right to bury her daughter and he will grant her that right if she agrees to lay her daughter to rest next to Daniel her son.

The fact that larry birkhead has been endeavouring for quite some time to be allowed to prove that he is the biological father of anna nicole smith’s baby daughter, dannielynn, and not just since anna nicole’s death (as indeed the other men with whom anna nicole had intimate relations are presently doing), must surely be indicative that the prime motive behind larry birkhead’s desire to prove his paternity is just that. there is no need to add the mercenary motive in his case even if that is also in his mind. and even if the mercenary motive is there that still does not alter the fact that he is most likely the biological father of dannielynn and should, under a civilised and democratic society, be permitted (i) to be legally permitted to prove or disprove his paternity (ii) if found to be the biological father then he should be permitted to be re-united with his biological daughter and be given the chance to father her. Equally, dannielynn should be given the right to know her biological father.

Isn’t it so ironical how when a biological father tries to deny his paternity the law seeks him out to get him to pay child maintenance. Now here we have the opposite, a father who is keen to prove he is the father and he is not being assisted in being allowed to do this.

I strongly believe that Howard K Stern is a greedy jew; a parasite who lived in anna nicole’s shadow, giving her bad advice, plying her and her son danny with drugs; in her he saw his chance to make a quick buck because she was a very vulnerable, childish woman and simple (as in not very intelligent or educated), yearning for attention which she attracted by exposing her body in a sexual way, and desperate for affection mistakenly believing she could find it by indulging in multiple sexual liasons, and throwing childish tantrums if she didn’t get her way.

Let it not be forgotten that just because anna nicole’s mother was estranged from her daughter does not make her any less her mother. besides, i do not for a second believe that howard stern would have done anything to assist in re-uniting mother and daughter. in fact, he has been noticeable for secreting her and the baby away from everyone – to the bahamas. i also believe that he has bought off the bahamian authorities promising key persons a chunk of anna nicole’s estate (if it is ever paid out) in return for their protection so that he can hide there from exposure for what he is – a greedy, jealous, conniving sociopath.

i just wonder if any judge will be intelligent enough to get underneath all the cunning of howard stern and make the correct decision which should go like this:

the body of anna nicole should be given over to her mother who, in respecting anna nicole’s wishes, should have danny exhumed and buried in texas together with his mother. the bahamas was howard’s idea so he could do his dirty work away from the gaze of people who would know better. if the judge gives anna nicole’s body over to howard stern little dannielynn will be forever lost to her extended family and to who could quite possibly be her natural father, larry birkhead. it would be falling straight into howard stern’s trap to get the child and the money if it is paid out. what is anna nicole’s connection to the bahamasm, sentimental or otherwise. she has been under howard stern’s influence in numerous unhealthy ways.

the paternity issue should be dealt with as soon as possible otherwise by delaying howard stern can say that he has bonded with the little girl to make a case for keeping her

the courts should now not pay out the money from howard marshall’s estate to anna nicole’s estate

if the paternity tests go ahead and larry birkhead is found to be the biological father he should be given sole custody of her and should be allowed to raise her as he sees fit. hopefully he will be decent enough (and i believe he is) to allow dannielynn and her grandmother to have a healthy grandmother/granddaughter relationship.

it is short-sighted to say that the disposal of the body should be determined exclusive from the question of paternity, wills and estates because if howard stern gets anna nicole’s body he will bury it in the bahamas and this will make it so much easier for him by secreting all traces of anna nicole and dannielynn in the bahamas to evade american law with all the consequences and obstacles this will create for determining paternity and in turn estate issues.

i do hope that a judge will be aware of all these implications and ramifications before giving anything over to howard stern. the only thing he should get is a stiff prison sentence for his cunning part in engineering this situation leading to the death of a mother and her son and stealing a baby girl from her rightful, biological father and extended family.

If anyone thinks that Anna didn’t have control of her life then your sadly mistaken. She was grief stricken and depressed over Daniel’s death. She looked one way in the public’s eye and behind closed doors she was in deep depression. Howard is a good guy and he will do the right thing in every way that Anna wished. He was truly in love with her. He had loved her for many years. As far as their baby, he will take care of her. He will do this because this is his last link to Anna. I hope that her mother does not get Anna’s body, Anna didn’t have contact with her family for years. She made it clear to Howard that she wanted to be burried by her sons side. Thats the reason for her buying the other 3 plots for her Dannilynn and Howard.
Anna you were truly misunderstood and even in death will still be misunderstood.

F-ing Jerkhead is a pimp, evil man who followed ANS around to make a buck. How is it that noone is talking about how much money he made photographing her. We are talking lot’s of money. This guy is a paparazzi type just looking for a quick buck. Of course if ANS or HKS had given him money he would have shut his hole. There is not an accurate portrait of who this guy is.

I don’t know why they can’t let it be…Virgie Arthur was never a mother to Anna Why start now…..Give it up Virgie….Howard is awsome and should be left alone….He’s been through enough…For heavens sake let Anna rest in peace with her son Danielle ….Boy if Virgie can’t respect that she sure doesn’t deserve to have Anna….

How is it HKS was allowed to blatently ignore a court order to produce his DNA? Even while present in a Fla courtroom?? Thats a disgrace. He should have been held in violation until he consented. Its important information. How could they even entertain a word he says while he refuses to comply?? That action speaks for his entire case!! He knows better. They should have forced him to comply with the CA Judges court order. The baby’s life is at stake. She is said to be in his “custody”, is that safe after seeing both Anna & Daniel pass away? She should be taken into the custody of authorities until HKS complies. This is rediculous!! Two people are dead. HKS, at the very least was aware and supplied drugs. Hello!! Get that baby away from him before its too late!
AND ANOTHER THING………what was the effects of this massive drug use on the baby? What is her health condition?? She should be in protective custody. She was born into a twisted nightmare that continus to unfold. Why wasnt she removed from this right from the start. Let the child be protected. ANS finagled her Bahama existance and it should be null & void. The whole case is built on lies. Two deaths already warrant some serious intervention for the child.

howard stern and daniel were the only people in ANSs life that loved her -i honestly dont know why howard stayed with her so long-she was so starved for attention,since her witch of a mother didnt show her any!!she felt she had to have attention all the time and did crazy things to get it!! and Lord only knows who the babys father is -she prob slept with 10 men in the week she conceived–howard had to love her to put up with this–if not for him who would have done all her dirty work -or pay her bills,schedule apts or just everyday things -she was so drugged up she couldnt!!poor woman had such low self esteem that she had to stay drugged!! Virgie only wants money!!i hope she gets what she deserves which is the hell her daughter lived in!!!!!!!!!!

Who is this Vera Green? Why can’t she learn how to speak proper English? What is “ironical?” Not a word as far as I can tell.

Why on EARTH would anyone suggest that ANK’s body be returned to a woman who never gave a crap about her in life? There was no resolution to the Howard Marshall estate issue, so they can’t just “pay out the money.” In addition, Howard K. Stern, even though he is a jerk, is under court order NOT to take Daniellynn out of the Bahamas. Get your facts straight.

He is a jew (one of the chosen) so the US legal system cannot harm a hair on his body.

larry birkhead is the father see if you look at dannielynn and larry birkhead at the same time you will see that she looks just like him. i think it is sick for people to sit there and jugde larry birkhead when you don’t even know him. howard stern is a ass hole and i know and everyone else knows that he is not the father of dannielynn. howard stern is just in it for the money and larry birkhead is just in it for his daughter. when larry birkhead turns out to be the father of baby dannielynn you guys are going to feel stupid.

What happened to Innocent before proven Guilty? Mommy Dearest never knew Howard & Anna had been on drugs way back living at home & Mommy Dearest is such a wonderful mother that she shipped Anna off to reletives. Mommy Dearest beat Anna up to the age of 21 & what about the rapes she talked about? Howard didn’t kidnapp Anna & take her to Bahamas’s. She went before Howard & even asked her neighbor friend to fly her there. It was Anna that had Howard’s name put on Birth Certificate so how can they say it’s fraud through Howard? I started to like Larry Birkhead & was hoping for Howard & Larry to share Dannielynn, but now Larry has turned into a Jerk. Most of the world hates Mommy Dearest & only people that seem to be on her side are the people in TX, like Attorney’s & you never seen any of Anna’s sisters or brothers in picture. Mommy Dearest is just after the money & I believe she would abuse this baby & tell her she is just like her mother. She is getting paid all this money from Spash & others. Now Daniels estranged father in picture after saying he wanted Anna buried next to his mother & you know he has been paid or promised money now. Mommy Dearest just can’t let Anna be in piece. Howard never had anything to gain with Anna dead, because he is loosing everything. People are saying just because him & Anna took a couple mini trips to FL for business or getaway that he don’t care about that baby. All of us that work have babysitters & gone more then at home, does this mean we don’t care about our children? If there was no money involved Howard & Dannielynn would be at piece.

I believe Larry Birkhead is Dannielynn’s father. I think Anna Nicole Smith wasn’t perfect,she made some bad decisions in her life. But I honestly think she had found someone she truly loved in Larry. It must of been for real for them to conceive their precious little girl. But I think their love was in possible because of Howard. He’s was always around that was Anna’s mistake.
