At a hearing Wednesday regarding Anna Nicole Smith’s death many, many things were revealed. First there was the Howard K. Stern murder accusation, then there was testimony on unmarked graves, methadone during pregnancy & tears galore.

Virgie Arthur, Anna Nicole Smith’s mother, held the record for tears shed as she broke down while giving testimony about Anna Nicole. Virgie made a bold statement about Smith & her son Daniel’s death, saying, “My grandson did not overdose. Howard was there when Daniel died and Howard was there when my daughter died. And he has my granddaughter now and I’m scared for her life.”

Arthur went on to say, “I said to Anna on national TV when Danny died, ‘You’re going to be next. Please be careful of what and who is around you.”

Besides being blindsided by a murder accusation, Howard K. Stern had a tough day in court. The judge presiding over Anna Nicole’s case repeatedly asked the attorney about Smith’s use of methadone during her pregnancy with Dannielynn, his supposed role in supplying the drug as well as his role in profiting from her death.

“Anna kept her medication stocked in two drawers in the bathroom,” Stern stated for the judge.

When asked about whether Anna Nicole tried to quit using methadone during her pregnancy, Stern stated, “I talked to her about it, and she cut down. But when Anne made a decision, she was pretty clear on it. I don’t think the drugs influenced her decisions.”

Howard, worried about what he might say, said to the judge, “We’re jumping the gun here.”

Which the judge promptly answered, saying, “I am jumping the gun here. I have a gun to my head. I have to decide by Friday at noon.”

Wow, instead of a real case this sounds more like some intense courtroom showdown TV mini series, doesn’t it? Only Anna Nicole Smith could have died & left this kind of legal maze behind.

No, I am not convinced that Howard Stern murdered Nicole. He may have exploited her in some ways, he may have enabled her in her drug use/abuse/denial, but I don’t think he murdered her. I think in his own way, he did like/love her, and that really, they were both caught up in her particular illness.

To be quite honest here …YES I DO BELIEVE HOWARD STERN HAD A HAND IN BOTH DEATHS….. No he did not murder them but he helped them along with it. He didnt put the drugs in their mouths but he handed them the drugs and told them to take them. We have another O.J. Simpson case here. We all know what happened but proving it will be impossible. H.K.S. is a lawyer and knows all to well what it takes to prove murder and made sure his hands were clean. He knew what was in her will and that it all went to her son and if he were not around then it all went to Howard.

KEY POINTS – Stern testified that there had not been any drugs of Methadone around Anna Nicole Smith in the last five months, since her son Daniel died.

That testimony by Howard K. Stern was a lie. Prescription medication found at the scene, inside the refrigerator next to her bed at the Hard Rock Hotel, included the stimulant Provigil, the anti-anxiety drug Xanax, the powerful pain reliever Vicodin, and the morphine-like pain reliever Methadone — a lot of Methadone.

In testifying to being the father of Dannielynn, Howard K. Stern stated he is the father, according to the laws of the Bahamas. That was a clear message, that he had done some research on the paternity laws of the Bahamas.

The commitment ceremony, held on the high seas, is a legal binding marriage in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

The will of Anna Nicole Smith, which was completely manipulated and crafted by Howard K. Stern, making him the sole beneficiary, will hold up as a legal will in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

Regardless of the language in the will, by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Howard K. Stern is considered the surviving spouse of Anna Nicole Smith and is entitled to inherit her entire estate.

This was all pre-planned. The Bahamas is a haven for criminals. All the 13 Russian/Jewish Oligarchs have estates there , the Wall Street Gurus, and the South American Zionist drug runners are based there. Stern guided Anna Nicole Smith there to carry this out.

Instead of seeing Howie Stern shackled, wearing an orange jumpsuit, and worrying about a lethal injection, we see a parade of clowns kibitzing. A jewish judge, an ex-NY cabdriver that went to night school, talking about New Jersey bagel shops and Ft Lauderdale restaurants, and a crop of Jewish lawyers defaming a dead mother. On the other side we see a mother sobbing, and her Texas lawyer with a stunned look.

What an absolute sham. Stern hooked into Anna only after the marriage to a billionaire, and he bided his time. Notice how the Zionist media just hazes over everything. Every kinsmen of Stern is gloating how their ‘Master Race’ skinned another one, and how the Goyim cattle sat in front of their TVs, and swallowed another one of their tales.

I feel like Anna Nicole should be next to her son and I feel like Howard K. Stern should be the one who takes care of the little girl, that is what Anna wanted she put his name on the birth cert because she wanted to. I believe Howard truly loved Anna Nicole her son and loves the daugther. If she wanted Larry to be a part of it he would be, it would have been known by Anna Nicole herself, her mother should stay out of everything Anna spoke her feelings on that. Anna Nicole herself said Howard was her bestfriend those words came from her mouth. Why is Larry everywhere when no one really knows he is the father of the child and for if he is Anna Nicole didnt’ want it that way. Let the poor girl reat in peace and let things be the way she wanted them to be.

Your deductions and well researched take on this debacle is absolutely chilling. It eloquently depicts exactly what I’ve been thinking was happening with Stern. The Bahamas was his choice for her, for all the reasons that you mentioned, he guided her there. He played her all the way to the grave. Lots of people are killed by their spounses for insurance money – paltry sums that pale by comparison to the pot of gold in this case.

He’s pretty slick. I hope he’s not as clever or Teflon coated as he thinks he is. I think he’s a sociopath, really, just from observing his demeanor and comments. But then, when you think about what OJ got away with, they may not be able to make a case on this worm at all. Hope the baby doesn’t end up an SID syndrome in his care. Child services should take that baby into protective services and test it for drug caused birth defects, just to see if she’s healthy. I heard she has low weight and sleeps a lot. Hmmm!

I honestly believe that Howard K. Stern is guilty of some involvement with the death of both Anna Nichole and her son Daniel. And he should not have any contact with Danielle Lynne. He is dangerous. This is all my Legal OPINION. Which I am entitled to by law.

Thats what that douchebag is all about. getting some fucking money. as soon as he found out anna was knocked up he started plotting to kill them both. he took out daniel because he was the next in line for the cash. he killed anna because he would no longer need her to get to the money. the ONLY reason that baby was as safe for as long as she was is because he wasnt paid yet. he knew exactly what he was doing. he was there when they both died i mean come the fuck on man. the dude put in his time and saw he wasnt going to get shit in the end because she was fuckin other dudes (like birkhead) all the time. he killed her son to send her into an emotional spiral, conned her into marrying him then got her down there and wacked her too. you fuckin dumb bitches who think he is innocent are SHEEP!!!!
