No celebrity likes the intrusion of the paparazzi, but in the world of celebdom you have to take the good with the bad. 2003 saw Coldplay’s Chris Martin arrested in Australia for smashing a journalist’s car windscreen however the charges were later dropped. This was followed in 2008 with another attack on a journalist outside a New York hospital. Martin wasn’t the first celebrity to attack a member of the paparazzi, in 1972, Mick Jagger and friends were arrested for obstructing justice after fighting with a journalist.
