OK, folks, I’m hoping that this latest Britney Spears news isn’t true.

According to ET, Spears has left Promises rehab center after only a day in the Malibu, CA treatment center.  Reportedly, Brit left the facility early this morning after spending less than 24 hours at the center.

Dammit, Brit, you need some help.  I will keep you updated on this latest rehab incident & let you know more as the news comes.
