It’s official! Nick Lachey is trading up, having recently proposed to future wife Vanessa Minnillo.
The Sing-Off host made the official announcement of his engagement in Thursday’s US Weekly.
“We’re excited and incredibly happy about our engagement and we look forward to a wonderful future together,” said Nick and Vanessa.
Nick and Vanessa have been together for the last three years.
The marriage is Nick’s second after Jessica Simpson and the first for 29-year-old Vanessa Minnillo.
Here’s the funny part, recently Nick and Vanessa were sitting a few tables away from Jessica at a restaurant and his ex-wife was heard saying by a snoop:
“Jess was overheard telling the waitress ‘I hope Vanessa likes her clothes. I bought them for her, since Nick took all my money.”
