If you’re a fan of the Willy Wonka movies, then you may have imagined yourself as Charlie Bucket, holding that winning golden ticket after your Nth bar of Willy Wonka chocolate.
I don’t know why they didn’t think of this earlier (during the peak of Charlie and Chocolate Factory, to be exact), but you know what they say: Better late than never. The Nestle-owned Wonka candy brand has come up with the golden ticket contest—just like in the movies—to promote their Exceptionals line. All you have to do is purchase any chocolate bar from the Willy Wonka Exceptionals line and hope that you pull out the coveted golden ticket.
There are only five golden tickets available all over the world and each ticketholder wins a trip around the world, spending money, airline vouchers, Ticketmaster gift cards, movie certificates, and lots of free chocolate.
What, no personal trip to the chocolate factory? But I want to swim in the lake of chocolate and sing with the Oommpa Loompas!
I’m going to pull a Veruca Salt and ask my daddy to buy me truckloads of Willy Wonka chocolate!
