Basically, if you replace your other drinks of the day with water you’ll ensure you get the right amount. Think water is boring? Try buying flavored water or a flavoring for your water. Sometimes just a squirt of fresh lemon or lime is enough to give it a more crisp, enjoyable flavor.

Even if you don’t like water you need to drink it. You can get some water through the fruits and vegetables you eat each day, but you really need to drink some too!
