Oksana Grigorieva Wins Attorneys Fees From Mel Gibson

Oksana Grigorieva has just won $300,000 from ex-boyfriend Mel Gibson, however that money will not go into her pockets, but instead be handed over to hear team of nearly 40 lawyers.
Oksana’s lawyers requested the money which was granted by Judge Scott Gordon who told Gibson’s team that the money must be handed over immediately.
The new amount of money brings Grigorieva’s total lawyer haul from Gibson to a mind boggling number just over $1 million, quite a bit of money to spend when fighting for child support of one child.
Oksana’s Own Lawyer Suing Her Over $15 Million Settlement

Eric George, the lawyer who negotiated a $15 million settlement between Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson isn't too pleased that she later disavowed the agreement and he is suing her for his cut of the settlement which he says should have been accepted.
According to George, he completed the settlement to the best of his abilities and because it was originally agreed upon Oksana owes him his share.
In arbitration documents George says his firm was promised 10% of the settlement, but none of the money that was set aside for child support.

The tables were nearly turned today on Oksana Grigorieva with reports coming in that Mel Gibson almost called the police when Oksana refused to turn over their daughter Lucia as per their custody agreement.
According to TMZ:
Mel's nanny arrived at the scheduled time of 10:00 AM to pick up the baby for her overnight visit, but Oksana would not answer the door.
We're told as the stand-off continued, things got heated and Mel -- who was not at Oksana's place -- was one step away from calling the cops. At noon, Oksana finally released the baby to the nanny.

During her Larry King interview Oksana Grigorieva opened up more about her abusive relationship with actor Mel Gibson.
According to Oksana not only did Mel leaves threatening voice mail messages, he also hit her (we previously reported that he knocked out several of her teeth), choked her and even waved a gun at her during a violent January 6th encounter.
What makes Grigorieva's claims even worse is that she claims during the attack that she was holding the couples daughter Lucia in her arms and that it occurred in front of her son.

Oksana Grigorieva asked a judge for $50,000 per month to cover her expenses, however when all was said and done she was given $20,000 per month until the child she has with Mel Gibson turns 18 years old.

Mel Gibson can’t see his daughter Lucia on her first birthday after a judge shut down the actors attempts at a visit. Lucia is the daughter Gibson had with his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.
Mel was able to see Lucia on Oct. 29 but had to return her at night to Oksana. Lucia’s birthday is Saturday Oct. 30.

Oksana Grigorieva was suppose to give an exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey however that interview has been canned.
The talk was suppose to surround the troubled relationship Oksana had with Mel Gibson in the past, including alleged abused that occurred by his hand.
As you may recall, Grigorieva has accused Mel of punching her in the face, causing her to lose teeth, while Mel has accused Oksana of attempting to extort money from him through the taping of their phone conversations. The controversy has led to criminal investigations against both Gibson and Grigorieva.
As we reported the other day, Oksana turned down multi-million dollar offers from NBC’s Dateline and CBS’ 60 Minutes so she could give her interview to Oprah for free.

The more I hear about Oksana Grigorieva, the more I respect her as a person. It’s being reported that Grigorieva turned down millions of dollars for exclusive interviews being offered to her by Dateline and 60 Minutes and instead decided to tell her story for free on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
“Everyone knows Oprah doesn’t pay. Oksana could have made big bucks from doing a tell-all with one of the networks that day. She could have made a million dollars if she’s willing to tell all about her rocky relationship with Mel and explain why she recorded those infamous tapes, however it seems that she has taken the high road and will do Oprah for free,” a tipster told PopEater.

It’s official, TMZ is reporting that one-time Mel Gibson girlfriend and the mother of his child, Oksana Grigorieva will appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show to talk about her explosive relationship with her ex-boyfriend.
Oksana shot to fame over the last several months after claiming that Gibson knocked out her front teeth and then releasing various tapes that have shown Mel Gibson is a less than favorable light….actually that’s putting it nicely, they basically make him sound like a psychopath.

Oksana Grigorieva wants Mel Gibson to pony up more child support, requesting an increase from $5,000 to $40,000 per month according to celebrity news site TMZ.
$60,000 per year isn’t a bad sum for raising their baby girl Lucia, plus Gibson also pays for her Sherman Oaks house, but reportedly Oksana wants much more.
The new request is on top of the $2,500 per month Oksana already gets from her 13-year-old-sons father Timothy Dalton.

Here’s a fun fact, Mel Gibson has hired an “independent observer” to watch over him and his children during his court approved visits. The observer has been hired so Mel can prove he’s not abusing the child he had with Oksana Grigorieva.
TMZ is reporting that the observer was hired a week ago for 2 reasons:
– To refute ongoing allegations by Oksana … sources say she keeps alleging that Mel is abusing their child.

As if babbling via answer machine wasn’t enough, new text messages have also surfaced in which Mel Gibson seems to admit to beating his former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva on January 6, 2010.

Oksana Grigorieva cost herself $15 million when tapes of Mel Gibson ranting about N@ggers and Wetbacks began popping up over the last several weeks.
TMZ has learned that Mel’s lawyers offered his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child $15 million to destroy the secret tapes, an offer she first agreed to then backed away from before making the contract official
The $15 million package included child support, a house and various other assets.
While the package didn’t name the tapes directly, it did ask that all “evidence” be destroyed and facts about their relationship be kept quite. Read the rest of this entry »

Mel Gibson has become a real winner the last few years, first he gets caught screaming a slew of disgusting anti-semitic remarks while pulled over for a DUI, then we learned this week that he may have knocked out his ex-girlfriend (Oksana Grigorieva) teeth and now there’s a recording where his use of the “N”-word and the connotation he uses it in once again show his complete lack of restraint and full blown racism.
According to Oksana she had a recording of Mel threatening to kill her (they have a child together) while liberally sprinkling in about how he wants her to get raped by a group of “ni**ers.” So that brings things Mel hates to three: Woman, Jewish People and Black People. Who’s next Mel?

Oksana Grigorieva, the Russian singer who had a baby with Mel Gibson said in a recent interview that Gibson provides absolutely no support for her and their child.
Grigorieva told The Mail on Sunday that she has been borrowing money from her friends and maxing out credit cards to support her and nine-month-old daughter Lucia.
According to her own statement:
“He is not paying me a penny. Nothing.”

It’s being reported by TMZ that Oksana Grigorieva, the former girlfriend of Mel Gibson, was punched in the face by the actor during a fit of rage, causing several of her teeth to be knocked out. The confrontation, which occurred on January 6th 2010 has been vehemently denied by Gibson’s reps.
According to the Oksana camp:
“Mel and his camp are spinning the facts in a desperate attempt to protect his reputation.”

Earlier today we reported that Mel Gibson had filed a restraining order against ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, now we’ve learned that his order was put into place to stop her from releasing certain information about Gibson, while Oksana herself had filed an order to keep Gibson away from her and their 8-month-old daughter.
According to TMZ
We’ve learned Oksana’s lawyers went to the family law court in downtown L.A. last Monday for an emergency hearing, and told the judge that Mel allegedly got violent with her — two sources say Oksana claimed Mel was “extremely violent.”

Gibson left his wife of 30 years to be with Oksana last year, he then left her less than one year into their new relationship. Oksana is the mother of Gibson’s eight child Lucia, who is now eight-months-old.

Both filed their divorce papers on Wednesday in Los Angeles. This would be the seventh divorce for the 76-year-old TV host. Larry and his estranged wife have reportedly officially separated April 13, and both are seeking shared custody of their two sons, Cannon, 9, and Chance, 11. Shawn, 50, a singer and infomercial host, prefers sole custody of their kids with visitation rights for Larry, plus spousal support. Larry King’s spokesperson Howard Rubenstein told People, “His major concern is the welfare of his children, and beyond that he’s not going to comment about the divorce.”

After almost nine years of marriage, Melissa and Tammy Etheridge are separating. Melissa, 48, has two children, Bailey, 13, and Beckett, 11, with her former partner Julie Cypher.
