Atlanta’s esteemed Emory University has shut down & kicked out plans to be the set of the new Revenge of the Nerd remake.  The Southern school sent the cast & crew a-packin’ after reading the juvenile script.  According to one source, ”Emory officials ultimately balked at the raunchy nature of the project.”

Former Laguna Beach star, 19-year-old Kristin Cavallari, was set to star in the remake film,. but it looks like she’ll just have to wait on kissing a group of nerds until the producers can find a school ready to host such an event.  I’m thinking Harvard.  What about you?
