Celebrity House Features that are to Die For

Everybody wishes that they had the goods, talents, looks, and money that celebrities do. Although the job description is much more detailed and strenuous than the rest of the population is led to believe, the lifestyle of a celebrity does offer many perks.

For one, the paychecks that many celebrities receive for one project more than likely equals more than any average person might make in their entire life. With that kind of money, the potential for luxurious living is practically endless.

This allows for celebrities to travel where they want, when they want, it allows them to be able to do other things they really enjoy when their not busy fulfilling their celebrity job descriptions, and it allows them to spend the private time they do have tucked away in their homes with the ones that they love.

In fact, the home of a celebrity is probably the most important asset in their live, apart from a few personal things. This is the reason most celebrities put so much into making sure their houses are beautiful and offer every amenity they need. This way, they don’t have to venture out into the public eye. Here are examples of some celebrity house features that are to die for.

If You Have the Means, Build a Moat

If anyone thinks that moats are things only found in Europe during the Middle Ages, think again. Moats are obviously rare in the states, and one can imagine that they don’t come cheap. But if you have the money like Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, why wouldn’t you build one around your house?

In addition to the moat, the rest of the couple’s house is custom designed, and features high tech irrigation and solar panels. Even though the couple obviously isn’t conserving money on their dream home, at least they’re being environmentally conscious.

Ground Control to Major John

Though we’re not talking about space, we are talking about flight. John Travolta loves to fly, evidently, so what else should he do with all that money he earned during his glory years? You can only spend so much on hair gel and leather jackets, so Travolta decided to build an entire airport at his home.

The man is a certified pilot and owns 5 aircrafts, so it’s only natural that he has a fully operating runway and airport. One moment, he can be dining with his wife and children, and the next he can hop into this private jet and visit his sister in Idaho…or go to Paris. No big deal. Just a day in the life.

Although these are only two examples of celebrity house features that are out of this world, the list of amazing features goes on. The good news is, you don’t have to be a celebrity to live like one. There are many steps you can take to make your home look like a million bucks. Look up some more celebrity house examples and get inspired to make your home the oasis you deserve.
