Prince Albert II of Monaco is engaged to marry former South African Olympic swimmer Charlene Wittstock, having just announced their engagement to the press on Wednesday morning.
The prince is the son of Prince Rainier III and Hollywood starlet Grace Kelly, 52. The couple are set to get married in a ceremony which will occur later this year.
Aside from competing in the 2000 Sydney Summer Olympics and winning three gold medals in the 2002 swimming World Cup, Wittstock is also a teacher.
