Perez Hilton wants to be the next American Idol judge (insert hand-clapping SFX here)! There will be an empty seat after this season, with Simon Cowell’s resignation as the iconic judge. Among all the names vying for the job, it seems like Perez Hilton is gaining a huge following.
“The campaign is gaining momentum!” Perez wrote on his website this week. His friends at Funny Or Die even helped him create this campaign video. “America needs something new—me as the next judge on American Idol!” he said in the hilarious video. “My track record for judging others is unmatched, plus I have all the qualities of past and present judges!”
