Miley Cyrus is raising eyebrows again with her latest racy photoshoot.
While Miley maybe doing it for fashion’s sake, her former Nickelodeon counterpart Amanda Bynes is simply doing it for some much-needed attention.

Cesar Millan is definitely digging deep in his doggie stash to keep the peace with his ex-wife. After ending their marriage in June 2010, the 42 year old Animal Planet superhero doesn’t seem fazed with his ex-wife’s financial demands to keep her silence.
Millan has agreed to appease his ex spouse, Ilusion, with a mouth dropping $400,000 lump sum payment. On top of this, he pays $10,000 a month in child support and $23,000 monthly alimony. Cesar and his wife were married for 16 years and have two sons.
Whispers of documents that have been in court settlement for the couple say that the former Mrs. Millan has agreed in return, to keep in confidentiality any personal/private information about the other party and any sexual details of their relationship. This also shall include non-commercial photographs, film or videotapes and recordings.
We are in utter wonderment of these said materials since there have been no specific mention of any explicit goings- on in the personal life of our favourite Mexican kennel mentor. At the time of their separation, they seem to have been in good grounds and kept firm on being caring friends and committed parents to their sons.
Oh well, this financial settlement may just as be chump change for the famous dog whisperer as his multiple Emmy nominated show grosses $170,000 a month. And afterall, we all know we can’t put a real price on freedom and happiness.

The premiere episode of X factor felt just like a family reunion: lots of nutcases, a few feel-good moments, and Auntie Paula walking out in a huff.
Yes, Paula Abdul surprised no one when she stormed off the set when a 43-year-old blogger, Geo Godley, decided to drop his pants and show of his “XXX” factor. (Later on, a 61-year-old retired court clerk sang, “I Touch Myself”—but, to everyone’s relief, kept her clothes on and her hands in the air.)
Simon Cowell was noticeably kinder, but the snarkiness we have all grown to know and love reemerged when he met a flamboyant hotel performer in blue fishnet stockings. “You are talented but you are deluded.” And there those who were untalented and deluded, like the 83-year-old and 70-year-old couple who murdered “Unchained Melody.” They didn’t get through, but will continue their cross-country concert tour at “the most beautiful senior centers.” Mercifully, most of their audience are half-deaf.
There were the trademark tearjerkers, like the single mom who just got out of rehab and dreams of turning her life, a young dad who hauls trash every day just to feed his two-year-old son (hear his original song) and the perky 13-year old whose parents are broke. And there’s the eyecandy: 36-year-old hunk Terrell Carter and 14-year-old cutie John Lindahl.
All in all, it was an interesting episode—and promises to give American Idol a run for its money.

No one’s surprised by the results of the first elimination round of “Dancing with the Stars.” Ron Artest (also known as Metta World Peace) and partner Peta Murgatroyd got booted out.
So long, Metta-Peta—but who’s next? We think Chaz Bono’s going to be around for a long time. He can dance decently, but that’s not the point: the producers know that he’s got the viewer’s sympathy. Heck, a judge even called him and Lacy Schwemmer “cute and cuddly.” Clearly the man can do no wrong.
David Arquette seems to be holding his own, too, staying energetic and enthusiastic despite having a generally crappy year. (Ex wife Courteney Cox and daughter Coco were there to cheer him on, though.)
Now J.R. Martinez was hot, though: the former war vet and soap star had both grace and technical skill. Chynna Phillips did well too, and she and J.R. got the top spots for the first round. Ricki Lake, Hope Solo, Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Derek Hough also performed quite well. Kristin Cavalleri, a crowd favorite, delivered a pretty decent cha cha. Rob Kardashian? Well let’s just say that like Kim before him, he sucks at dancing. And Elisabetta Canalis’s only saving grace was her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy (yep, brother of Maksim)!

They’ve fought, flirted, kissed, and shouted abuses at each other—and they are at it again. Ex-American idol judges Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul have reunited for the X factor. “I like people who disagree with me,” he says. “Paula fascinates me because she’s a complex person.”
Uhm, yeah. In another interview, we believe he used the word “loopy.” But hey, whatever rocks his boat (or more accurately, his ratings). Simon may be all praises for Paula now, but we know this is a marketing move to get the American Idol fans to switch over to his show. Not that they need much prodding at this point—the show’s gone to the “dawgs.” Pop quiz: what was the name of the last American Idol winner? Yeah, we don’t remember either. Exactly our point.
The show will premiere on Fox this fall. “This show wouldn’t have been the same without Paula, and I can’t believe I am saying this – I have missed her a lot,” said Simon. (Cue bad karaoke music.)
Paula says, “I’m delighted and grateful to be sitting next to Simon again” (subtext: “I have a career again! I have a career again! I have a career again!”) but adds “You might want to check back on in me in a week or two.”

Kate Gosselin is “freaking out” after her show, Kate + 8, was cancelled by TLC. “Will my family be okay?”
Was her family ever okay? The kids have been living in a fishbowl for six years. Their parents dysfunctional marriage, messy divorce, and their father’s affairs were conveniently hyped up to boost ratings. And then they had to watch their mother on Dancing with the Stars—though Gosselin was hardly “dancing” and she was never a “star,” so what was up with that?! Read the rest of this entry »

Most of you girls out there might have to skip work and take the day off to watch the final episodes of All My Children on ABC, as the show draws to a close this fall. Josh Duhamel is up for a cameo role as his old character in Pine Valley, Leo du Pres. Yeah, you read that right! Now you can scream into that pillow an breathe. You’re handsome strapping Transformers GI has signed up for this short comeback in honor of the show that took him on an express ride to stardom.
Duhamel rose to fame playing Leo du Pres in this long-running daytime soap. He even won an Emmy in 2002 for his con artist character. His love interest in the show , Greenlee , who is played by Rebecca Budig, is also back on the set after leaving the program a few time since Josh Duhamel left the show in 2003.
True enough, the cameo appearance of Leo will be one of the highlights of this season ender as we may also expect another on-screen affair between du Pres and Greenlee.
Apparently, Josh Duhamel isn’t the only actor doing a comeback to his soap beginnings before their beloved series takes the axe. Julian Moore, who starred in As the World Turns many moons ago, also returned to the show last year just prior to the soap leaving the airwaves. On January 2012, ABC will see One Life to Live bowing out of the tubes. We may just as well see many big screen stars doing their own returns to this soap before it finally sees its last episode on air. These could include, Ryan Phillipe and Tommy Lee Jones.

For all you Buffy fans, guess who’s back from the vampire grave? After an 8 year break, Sarah Michelle Gellar resurrects onto the boob tube for CW network with its drama series “Ringer”.
Although Gellar had already considered a TV comeback two years ago, she made it clear that she wanted to get back on cable. The actress also wanted to make sure that her fans would love whatever she does on TV as much as they loved growing up with Buffy. Her new project seems to hold a lot of promise but is yet to prove its boob tube appeal with Buffy’s loyal fans.
The new CW series features Gellar’s role as a twin. A recovering addict who is estranged from her wealthy twin sister, and goes on the run when she witnessed a murder. The story line boasts of a juicy plot and reveals a lot of shocking twists. This project was previously made for CBS but they passed it on to its sister network CW. Although the series is still in progress and only has the pilot on the table, it remains unsure if it will run as a full series.
After her stint with “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and the show came to a close in 2003, Gellar dipped her toes in “ The Grudge” and did some voice over for “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”. She also married long time boyfriend Freddie Prinze Jr in September of 2001. The couple now have a daughter.

If you were a teenager in the 80’s, you most definitely had a poster of at least one of these heartthrobs: Demi Moore, Phoebe Cates, Matthew Broderick, Andrew McCarthy and yes, who could ever forget Rob Lowe. The pretty boy of the notorious Brat Pack.
Rob Lowe has his memoir out on the shelves entitled “Stories I Only Tell My Friends”, which delves into years of movies, his beginnings, his pitfalls and his rise back into the good life. His autobiography has him telling of how he knocked at Liza Minelli’s hotel suite and introduced himself to the “Cabaret “diva at the tender and spunky age of 10 years old. That same drive for success is what got him through the relentless tides of stardom. He recalls his childhood years hanging out with neighbours Charlie Sheen and Emilio Esteves, and his early auditions and movies with Sean and Chris Penn.

Indeed, the man has a lot of stories to tell. His love for women, family, politics and acting. In 1983, director Francis Ford Coppola casted him in his movie “The Outsiders”. This was a breaking moment for the handsome heartthrob, in which he recalls the director asking them to begin their day’s work with a bit of Tai Chi. Lowe writes, “I don’t know what Tai Chi is. I look around for a delivery man. Maybe it’s some sort of Asian take-out. .. this would be great because I’m starving.”
His charming naivety is what led us all to like him just the way he is. Scandals and all. “Stories I Only Tell My Friends” is a good read for those of you who grew up with the Brat Pack. Re-live those years of John Hughes movies , re-kindle those juvenile heists, and find a growing respect for the same man who has found himself bathed in a much brighter light of fame.

The Real Housewives fad may soon be crossing the border. Rumors are circulating that producers are currently working on a Canadian edition of the popular show which has already seen wives from Orange County to New York to Miami and beyond.
The news says Lark Productions of Vancouver is working on “early casting stages for the show” and that the show will be “along the lines of the Real Housewives” series. The show, which has been a ratings darling for Bravo since it debuts in 2006 continues to reinvent itself, it will be interesting to see how another network handles the show.
Lark Productions actually signed a deal in 2010 to bring Real Housewives to Canada, however Bravo recently pulled Real Housewives of DC amid a poor reception and the Miami show has watched ratings plummet to a new low for the entire series.
Would you be willing to tune into a Canadian product of the Real Housewives show.

Casey Abrams was shaking and had to sit down after he was eliminates on Thursday night from reality TV show American Idol and then told half way through his “last chance” song that he was safe.
For the first time on American Idol the panel of three judges stopped a contestant mid-song to tell them they were safe, calling Abrams dismissal from the show a huge mistake that should never have happened.
The night before Abrams sang Marvin Gaye’s “Heart It Through The Grapevine” and was even considered a show frontrunner until that point.

Seriously NBC? This is what you come up with when redesigning the Wonder Woman outfit? It looks like the awful wrist cuffs, gold lasso and knee-high boots will all remain, even as the series attempts to reinvent itself for television.
The photo above, a first look at show star Adrianne Palicki in her new outfit for David E. Kelley’s retelling of Wonder Woman is quite awful for a 21st century show, however it does keep with the original design which should please comic book fans, while giving her a tighter pair of pants which should please male comic book fans.
The show remake takes place in Los Angeles where Palicki takes on the roles of Wonder Woman, billionaire business woman Diana Themyscira and her assitant Diana Prince.
The outfit is definitely more sleek than the original, but NBC was hoping for sexy and we just don’t see it.
You can catch the show starting this Fall, in the meantime drop us a line and let us know what you think about the outfit.
