Borat’s Sacha Baron Cohen has a lot to be thankful for- a hit film, the talent to act & most importantly a true love. Wedding Crashers actress Isla Fisher is head-over-heels for her 35-year-old funny fiance Cohen.
“I love him,†Fisher said about the man that people love to hate.
“He always makes me laugh. He’s the funniest guy in the world!â€
Interestingly though, when in comes to their marriage, they take that road very seriously. The two have waited to wed until 30-year-old Fisher completes her study of Judaism & is fully converted to Borat’s, I mean, Sacha’s religion.Â
A source close to the happy couple said, “They will get married soon. [She] has studied Hebrew and learned to cook traditional recipes.”
Wow, I didn’t have to do anything when I married my lucky man, I just had to pick him up in Russia (with a few hard-earned dollars) & take him home!

At the wrap party of the new movie Blonde and Blonder on November 10, Pamela Anderson pulled a little prank on costar Denise Richards. At the party, Anderson gave Richards the gift of humor as well as a laptop.
Which is all quite hilarious given that whole laptop toss Denise performed November 8, but interestingly Pam was going to give Denise a laptop even before the infamous incident occurred.
After the wrap party, Denise reveled in the hilarity, stating, “You’ll never guess what Pam got me for my wrap present — a laptop!â€
An inside source stated, “It’s funny because Pam had bought the present before the tossing incident. In fact, she reconsidered giving it to her because of what had happened.â€
But it looks like Denise loves a good laugh & embraced the gift with open arms.
“It just shows what good friends they are. Pam and Denise have become really close,â€Â the source went on to say.
I want friends that give me laptops when I hurl one off a hotel balcony hitting an old woman in a wheelchair! Where do you find those kind of people? Oh, yeah, Hollywood...

Angelina Jolie & A Mighty Heart costar Dan Futterman get into character in Pune, India Sunday. Jolie takes on Daniel Pearl's widow Mariane while Futterman steps into slain journalist Pearl's shoes for the biopic produced by Brad Pitt's company.
Angelina has certainly lost the baby weight for sure & is looking radiant as always, yet with a hint of crazy behind that big smile.

Ahhh, the many faces of Cuba Gooding Jr. The veteran actor was spotted suited up as a 1970′s gangster on the set of American Gangster.
The Ridley Scott-directed movie also stars Denzel Washington & Russell Crowe and is set in 1970′s Harlem, New York. This gangsta role will be a refreshing change for Cuba who has been playing soft-hearted roles as of late. You know, he looks more like a hoe-beating pimp rather than a gun-toting player.
What do you think?

Not only is Johnny Depp getting married to his longtime girlfriend Vanessa Paradis, his is marrying his Sweeney Todd vocal coach.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor has to pass a singing test to land a part in Tim Burton’s new film Sweeney Todd, after all the work they have done together I don’t think he’ll have a problem. Do you?
The bosses of the new film have allowed Depp’s longtime love Paradis to be his singing coach so he does not have to leave his beloved southern France home to take lessons in L.A. Vanessa enjoyed a pop career in the 80s and is ready for the job.
A source stated, “He is over the moon Vanessa can train him in the studio at their converted barn.”
Johnny will be playing the demonic hairdresser Sweeny Todd, who butchers his clients and uses their remains as fillings for pie. Sounds very Tim Burton.
As reported earlier, Johnny Depp & Vanessa Paradis are to be married sometime in the near future, and we here at Celebrific will keep you posted on all the juicy details.

Gladiator star Russell Crowe wants to play the part of Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin in a movie about his life.Â
Irwin tragically died earlier this month from a stingray barb to the heart he received while snorkeling off the coast of Australia. Australia Zoo held a memorial service at their Crocoseum Wednesday for the much-missed naturalist.
Sources say Australian native Crowe has already contacted Universal Studios with plans for an Irwin biopic.
A source states, “It’s not about money for Russell–it’s about honoring his mate.
“Steve once told Russell that he wanted him to play him in a movie version of his life.”

Death of a President, the fictional documentary by British director/creator Gabriel Range, is set to be released in the United States. One of the most talked-about movies from the Toronto Film Festival has sold the distribution rights to Newmarket Films. This will not be the first provocative film the company has handled, Mel Gibson used Newmarket to distribute The Passion of the Christ.
Nemarket reportedly paid $1 million for Death of a President and is expected to release the film in the US in the coming months. The movie is set around events that eventually culminate in the assassination of President George W Bush. Maybe a good holiday movie?
The film was shot as if it were a TV documentary, although, obviously the events are fictional. Range used film stock from three visits President Bush made to Chicago. The movie opens with demonstrations in Chicago against Bush as he visits the city in 2007. As the US President is leaving a hotel after giving a speech, he is shot by a sniper.
In an interview Range explained audience reaction, “The reaction of the general public was very good.
“People didn’t know what to expect. Our film has a very striking premise but it is not sensational or gratuitous. I hope people will see it as a balanced film and compelling drama. It is an oblique look at the ways the United States has changed since 9/11. We use the lens of the future to explain the past.”
“We portrayed the horror of assassination. … I don’t think anyone would get the idea of assassinating Bush from this film,” Range said. Â
Hollywood legend Kevin Costner, on the other hand, was negatively affected by the assassination film.
He says, “It’s awfully hard if you’re his children, his wife, his mother, his dad; there’s a certain thing we can’t lose as human beings, which is empathy for maybe the hardest job in the world.
“Whether we think it’s being performed right or not we can’t, like, wish…or think that’s even cute.”
Ever the patriot, Costner. Well, I suppose he has played enough of the American hero roles…

Ahhh, Hollywood directors can be such creative geniuses, but then they can also be creative, overreaching dingbats. I believe director Ripley Scott & his plans to make a Gladiator sequel to include Russell Crowe’s deceased character falls into the latter category.
Apparently veteran director Scott is trying to formulate his way around Crowe’s character, Maximus, dying and bring him back for a sequel movie. Now you could use back flashbacks & dream sequences, but I don’t think this is what Ripley is going for.
Scott originally made a stab at a sequel in 2003 but abandoned the idea after being frustrated & more than likely realizing it was a terrible idea.
But it looks like creative dingbat has climbed back on that horse & states, “I will probably do a sequel to Gladiator. The only problem is Russell Crowe was such a powerful presence and, of course, Maximus dies at the end.
“We’ll have to get Russell back somehow.”
Oh, well. At least he’s putting his creativity to good use?
