Charlie Sheen is an idiot. First he does enough coke to kill a village, then he tarnishes his own image by creating a home haven of porn stars, then he has the gull to actually sue CBS, Warner Bros. and Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre for $100 million, claiming wrongful termination after he had to abandon the show to undergo rehab treatments.
On March 7 Warner Bros. issued a statement about Sheen's firing:
“After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen’s services on ‘Two and a Half Men’ effective immediately.”
To which Sheen responded with:
“This is very good news. They continue to be in breach, like so many whales. It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge because now I can take all of the bazillions, never have to look at whatshis[expletive] again and I never have to put on those silly shirts for as long as this warlock exists in the terrestrial dimension.
In his lawsuit Sheen is stating that since he wasn't fired through all his other transgressions in the past, the studio had no reason to fire him this time around.

Charlie Sheen has went off the deep end and celebrity therapist Dr. Drew wants the actor to be committed.
The head of Celebrity Rehab stopped by the Joy Behar Show on Wednesday and talked about Sheen's public outbreaks and firing from Two and a Half Men.
According to Dr Drew:
“It’s funny to me that people somehow believe that you have to know a patient intimately to understand they have a medical condition.”
“It’s really, for me, no different than looking at a rash…It’s somebody who uncharacteristically has a grandiose belief that they have special powers, there’s a torrent of speech, distractablituty, flight of ideas, seemingly endless energy, hyper sexuality…those are all a criteria for a condition called hypomania. It simply defines what hypomania is.”

Charlie Sheen hasn’t been looking so great lately, from his drug induced nights to his crazy talk during interviews and now via his Ustream podcast, many people believe he could end up in the city morgue just as fast as he was fired from Two and a Half Men and it’s for that reason that many news agencies have already written the obituaries they will post the moment Sheen kicks the bucket.
From Reuters to The Associated Press many top news agencies are rumored to have In Memoriam articles about Sheen’s life sitting on the back burner, waiting for immediate publication.
It should be noted that this isn’t a new practice, when Britney Spears went insane for a while back in 2008, The Associate Press had her In Memoriam and obituaries written and ready to go. While the 1990′s saw various agencies preparing an endless cycle of Elizabeth Taylor In Memoriam articles.
According to a CBS insider:
“No one is wishing the worst but as a news organization for us not to be prepared for one of the biggest stories in a long time would be unprofessional.”
Heck even the team at Warner Bros. tried to reach out to Charlie Sheen’s legal team to get him the help he needs:
“..Focus your energies on what no one so far has been able to do: get your client the sustained, rigorous and effective treatment he so urgently needs,” the WB wrote in its plea. “It is clear that [Sheen] has no intention of agreeing to the intensive evaluation and treatment that his condition requires. It is also clear he does not believe he has a problem and that he will continue to conduct himself in a destructive manner.”

Oksana Grigorieva has just won $300,000 from ex-boyfriend Mel Gibson, however that money will not go into her pockets, but instead be handed over to hear team of nearly 40 lawyers.
Oksana’s lawyers requested the money which was granted by Judge Scott Gordon who told Gibson’s team that the money must be handed over immediately.
The new amount of money brings Grigorieva’s total lawyer haul from Gibson to a mind boggling number just over $1 million, quite a bit of money to spend when fighting for child support of one child.

Singer Prince could find himself without a mansion to call his own. The purple clad singer is currently undergoing the consequences of a court battle that began after a concert he canceled in Ireland three years ago.
Prince was suppose to perform at Croke Park in Dublin, but canceled just 13 days before the show was to go live in June 2008. At the time Prince gave no reason for the cancellation and left MCD holding to refund 55,000 fans.
In Feb. 2010 MCD sued prince and they agreed to $2 million in payments from the singer, however Prince has failed to pay that money by the March 2010 deadline, which means MCD can now seize the singers assets including his Minneapolis mansion.

Can an Oscar win for “Best Supporting Actor” in the hit movie The Fighter help fix Christian Bale’s family? His mom sure hopes so.
Jenny Bale and her 37-year-old son haven’t spoken to one another since he broke down in a hotel suite back in July 2008, attacking his mom and his sister Sharon right before the London premiere of The Dark Night.
Now Jenny says of his win:
“I hope this Oscar can bring us together. The family are so pleased for him. This Oscar is well deserved. I saw other celebrities there with their mothers and got upset,” adding “I would have loved to have been there by his side. I’d love for Christian to walk through the door right now and. I’d give him a big hug and a kiss and we could forget about the last three years. I don’t know why he’s doing this.”

Last week Dior designer John Galliano was arrested after making anti-Semitic comments to a couple at a Parisian hotspot and now a video supplied by Sun Newspaper in the U.K. is revealing another example of Galliano’s racism.
While drunk at the Paris bar Le Perle a drunk Galliano says “I love Hitler” when asked the color of his hair.
He then goes on to tell couple who are French and Italian in origin:
“People like you would be dead today. Your mothers, your forefathers would be f**king gassed.”
He then tells the female “You’re ugly” and then when asked if he wants peace in the world he says “Not with people that are ugly.”
Pretty much everyone around Galliano at the time were stunned, which shouldn’t come as a surprise. Here’s the video so you can view his actions for yourself:

As Oscars night 2011 drew to a close a bit of controversy arose after it was pointed out that three well known Hollywood talents were left off the shows “In Memoriam” montag which highlights top Hollywood mainstays who passed since the last Academy Awards show.
Last year Farrah Fawcett was left off the montage and this year Corey Haim, who died of an accidental drug overdose on March 10, 2010 was not seen, just as he was left off the SAG Awards’ own In Memoriam.
Also missing was Peter Graves who died of a heart attack just four days after Haims and All In The Family’s Betty Garrett who passed earlier this month on February 12, 2011.

Zsa Zsa Gabor was at home this week when her Bel Air home was broken into, thankfully her husband Prince Frederic von Anhalf was at home and in his own words he chased the intruders off with a baseball bat.
Prince says he heard noises at 3 AM and found two men in his living room after they broke in from the back of the couple’s home at which point he chased them out of the house.
He also says that he fell while chasing the two men and hurt his own hip, not really a surprise, after all an old guy shouldn’t be chasing intruders out of his house with a bat.

When James Durbin was auditioning for a spot on Fox TV’s American Idol, producers for the show decided to portray the rocker as a kid who lost his father at an early age and was just trying to make ends meet for himself, his wife and their kid. It turns out Durbin is a foul mouthed rocker that was simply portrayed in a light that producers found suitable for the show.
During a local battle of the bands contest in Santa Cruz last April Durbin and his band mates in The Hollywood Scars were asked what their favorite things to write about were, to which Durbin said “having sex with women…whores…and having a good time.
The 21-year-old father who suffers from Tourette’s had not yet returned calls to various organizations looking for comment.
Here’s Durbin’s American Idol audition video:

Eric George, the lawyer who negotiated a $15 million settlement between Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson isn’t too pleased that she later disavowed the agreement and he is suing her for his cut of the settlement which he says should have been accepted.
According to George, he completed the settlement to the best of his abilities and because it was originally agreed upon Oksana owes him his share.
In arbitration documents George says his firm was promised 10% of the settlement, but none of the money that was set aside for child support.
