The 27 yr old singer made it very clear that she and husband comedian Russell  Brand have no immediate plans of having a baby. Not now…..and may hold off on it for a lot longer.

You would wonder what makes women these days obsess over weight and dress sizes. An ill fitting dress will find the media cutting up a clueless celebrity from having an eating disorder to bad taste  and of course that favourite gossiping gasp of pregnancy.

Sadly enough, Katy had to admit that she was enjoying one too many heists with New York’s finest gastronomic experiences and hence, her body of proof came in the form of a bloated belly  bulge.  Obviously, this only means there shall be no bloating allowed in Hollywood!  All you shrinks out there can just capitalize on the media that feeds so much pressure on celebrities’ minds  about enjoying cheeseburgers and pizza.

As it is, Christina Aguilera also got slammed for an ill fitting dress she  wore for the American Music Awards.  Hopefully, not every celebrity gets pregnancy write up each time they decide to binge and bloat themselves to media destruction.

Lindsay Lohan screws up again.

The actress has skipped too many hours of community service, which was part of her probationary sentence. I mean, really, how hard is it for her to drop by a Woman’s Center a few days a week? But nooo, she rarely went, and even when she did, she skipped out after an hour or an hour and a half.

So the Los Angeles judge finally felt enough was enough, revoked her probation, and set $100,000 bail. If the next hearing doesn’t go her way, Lindsay could end up in jail. To “mitigate” any sentence that she may have to serve, the judge ordered her to do service at a morgue. (That should be interesting.)

So Lindsay was cuffed by a deputy and escorted out of the court. Naturally she posted bail, which could hurt the pocket considering she hasn’t had any decent work lately. Frankly if I were her mother I would’ve let her spend some time behind bars. She needs a wake up call. Never mind all her lawyer’s pleading that she’d been doing well as a volunteer (in the little time she actually did it) and was dutifully attending her Shoplifters' Avoidance class. Her report said, “She exhibited a very positive attitude and was more than willing to complete each and every written assignment on a timely basis. We believe that she has acquired new skills to resist the impulse to take things that don't belong to her."

Yeah, and the dog ate my homework.

So much for young and wholesome. Mitchel Musso was caught DUI. He is best known for his role in the show Hannah Montana, where he played Miley Cyrus’ close friend and sidekick.
Yeah, we know, who really cares about his teen semi-star, but we’re just saying that this is a disturbing trend among those Disney channel kids. They act all fun and cutesy on the show, build a fan base among kids who think they’re cool and funny and popular, and then they go out and do something stupid.

Seriously, driving while drunk? Mitchel isn’t of legal drinking age. He’s only 20, so at this point even taking a sip of beer is illegal. And then he consumes well over .08, and drove past an intersection, and wouldn’t follow the cops when he was caught...

Not exactly what you’d call model behavior, huh?

But then we’re not surprised. There’s the classic case of Lindsay Lohan, another cute little kid star whose life is now a trainwreck. And Britney Spears kind of lost her head (and her hair) too for a while.

She’s suing the company Belly Bandit, a weight loss device for women who have just given birth, for using her name and likeness without her permission. The company listed Alba in their website’s list of celebrity testimonials, and even used her name on the product packaging (something along the lines of "Jessica Alba's #2 Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!")

Jessica Alba’s belly is the envy of all. Flat as a board despite giving birth—and women naturally want to know how she did it. Can I just say that only an idiot would believe that a Belly Bandit would actually be enough to get that thin. There’s this new breakthrough product called diet and exercise, ladies, try it. And it’s endorsed by—what was that name again?—every doctor in the world.

What this all tells us is that while there are a lot of money-grabbing, exploitative companies, there are a lot more stupid customers who will pay for something just because of the photo of a celeb. Kristanna Loken, star of Terminator 3 and an open bisexual, had a bout with genital herpes. So does she blame her ex husband or the woman she dated after the divorce? Rihanna may have gotten oral herpes from ex-boyfriend Chris Brown

Paris Hilton, whose sexual escapades have been caught on film, has the Herpes Virus. The proof: a pack of Valtrex, a prescription drug used for the disease, was stashed in her storage locker. She says that she doesn’t know what they’re talking about, but does she ever? With that vacuous expression and the haze of constant drug and alcohol use, we’re surprised she remembers her name.

Another Valtrex user is Jessica Alba, who contracted Herpes complex from Derek Jeter. FYI: Derek’s been seen with Mariah Carey and Jessica Biel, so they better get themselves checked too!

Victoria Beckham also got the Herpes virus from her husband David Beckham, who apparently “scored a lot of goals” in his single life. That’s not posh at all.

Singer Natalie Cole suffers from Hepatitis C, which is already affecting her body: she had to go through a kidney transplant. Naomi Judd has the same condition, which led to the disbanding of her singing group. But at least she’s trying to make some good come out of it: she started the Naomi Judd Education and Research Fund to raise awareness about the Hepatitis C virus.

Heiress Paris Hilton reportedly upset officials while prancing around in a bikini in Dubai. The young star was apparently filming a new season of her My New BFF reality show when she decided to flaunt around virtually naked, despite the strict cultural laws. In the United Arab Emirates, both inhabitants and tourists are expected to dress modestly and ladies are supposed to cover up from at least the shoulders to the knees. TV producers apparently banned her from wearing skimpy clothing, warning her she could face arrest, but the star was thought not to listen. When travelling to a different county it is essential to check out the dress code before you travel to save causing offence or getting in unnecessary trouble.

One photo has Scarlett checking out the reflection of her butt in the mirrror. The second is her, on the bed, recording her very ample bosom. Scarlett’s asked the FBI to find out who did this—meanwhile, her loyal fans are trying to do their part in their investigations by taking a very long (and leering) look at the snapshots. (All in the name of science, of course.)

The big question is if the photos are real or photoshopped. For example, the photo of Scarlett on the bed seems to have an odd line right above her collarbone. Is it a necklace? A shadow? A really weird wrinkle? Or is it a sign of really sloppy photo editing?

In any case, Scarlett’s not the first star who’s struggled with digital security issues. Aside from Natalie Portman and Dianne Agron, Vanessa Hudgens and Jessica Alba have comlained that their email accounts have also ben hacked.

According to reports, the plane was heading to Dublin from Paris. Depardieu, who witnesses say was visibly drunk, wanted to take a pee but a flight attendant told him that he can only use the bathroom after the plane takes off. Bad call. What Depardieu did was a Depardon’t but in a way I understand what he had to do. Anyone who has downed copious amounts of beer knows fully well that when the call comes you have to answer it. It will take superhuman willpower or extremely overdeveloped sphincter muscles to keep yourself from doing number one. And Depardieu, who is obviously not the strapping macho man that he was in Green Card, is obviously not the master of his bladder anymore.

Sold out minus some which have been taken off the shelves for legal reasons. Legal reasons before adolescents and basement dwellers online could order it from Amazon, which sold it the doll for around $28 in the US.

We of course understand that everyone, when mum’s not cleaning out the IT and bat cave, prefers to shop Amazon for dolls, rather than ordering online glasses, but I think you guys have been pushing a little too hard and crossed the boundary this time. According to several insiders, Katy Perry may be cheating on recently wed husband Russel Brand with her sometimes writing partner and producer Benny Blanco.

The insiders say that Perry has been sleeping with Blanco who has produced songs fro Britney Spears, Ke$ha and others. Blanco it should be noted is a former Heroine users and sex addict and like Perry was raised as a devout Christian.

Charlie Sheen isn’t winning in New York City. The Two and a Half Men actor has recently been banned from many of New York’s top hotels as he prepares to visit the city for his Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not An Option Tour.

The ban comes after Sheen snorted a bunch of cocaine and attempted to destroy a hotel room as a porn star remained locked in the room closet, a night that ended with Sheen’s arrest and admittance to a local hospital.

According to an insider snoop:

“Many of the big New York hotels don’t want the drama. He is now looking at renting a private residence.”

Also being into taken into consideration is the lack of smoking available at New York hotels:

“The real issue is finding him a hotel that allows smoking. He has to be able to smoke. And it’s hard to find a place that will accommodate him, plus his entourage that will be more than 30, including the lighting people and of course the goddesses.”

When Lea Michele was driving to her Glee audition she likes to tell the story of how she was in a car accident and had to read for the Rachel Berry role with glass in her hair and cuts on her body. Unfortunately it looks like history has repeated itself with Michele ending up in yet another L.A. car accident, this time involving several drunk girls.

Returning home from the Glee set, Lea was involved in a fender bender. According to Us Weekly, “Lea was hit and notified the police,” and, “She was not injured and is fine.”

Apparently the girls, who were too drunk to function, got out of the car and made fools of themselves, according to a witness:

“A couple of drunk girls hit her, got out of the car, giggled that she was famous, said something like ‘are you drunk, too?’ Then they drove off.”

Michele doesn’t seem too shaken up about her L.A. accidents, telling New York Magazine:

“I hear you have to crash your car once in California before you can be initiated as a true L.A. resident,”

While adding:

“So for me, I don’t consider it a problem. I consider it, ‘Okay, good! Got that out of the way. Now I live here.’” “For my second audition, I got into a massive car wreck, left my crashed car in the street and ran into the audition with cuts and glass in my hair. And then on the final audition, I had the worst neck ache from the car accident.”

Regardless of her fearlessness, she’s one expensive commodity to lose, perhaps the studio or Glee creator Ryan Murphy himself should invest in a caravan to drive the poor girl home each night.

That didn’t take long. R&B Singer Chris Brown has officially apologized for freaking out on the set of Good Morning America a tantrum that led the singer to smash a large window when asked about his past relationship with Rihanna.

Brown appeared on the show to promote his new album F.A.M.E. however he became angered when show host Robin Roberts almost refused to talk about anything other than his past abusive relationship with Rihanna.

Chris told her:

“This album is what I want them to talk about, not what happened two years ago.”

After leaving the interview, Brown, who just finished an anger management class “flew into a rage” according to an insider, throwing a chair through a window, which thankfully did not hurt anyone below. GMA staffers were so worried about his actions that they reportedly called security.

Brown talked about his tantrum on BET’s 106 & Park Wednesday:

“First of all, I want to apologize to anybody who was startled in the office, anybody who was offended or really disappointed in my actions because I was disappointed in the way I acted. A lot of people don’t know what went down. When I do shows or when I do interviews we send out like a talking point sheet. And if the network or whoever isn’t compliant with what we want to do so that we can equally accomplish a goal, we usually kind of back out and wait until it’s a better situation,”

“So when we actually did this event, everything was cool. … Everything that was sent to me was about the album. That’s what we were talking about. So when the interview proceeded, I was thrown off. I felt like, ok, they told us this to get us on the show and exploit me. I took it very, very hard. I kept my composure throughout the whole interview. … And when I got back I just let off steam in the back. I didn’t physically hurt anyone. I just wanted to release the anger inside me. I felt like I worked so hard for this music. … I got very emotional.”

He then went on to tell his fans that it wasn’t Robert’s fault (as if we didn’t know that):

“Do not send any threats, anything like that, I’ve been hearing things on Twitter… We need to take a stand and… focus on the more positive things in life.”

Roberts for her part appeared on the The Gayle King Show and seemed find with the situation, even inviting Brown back to the set of Good Morning America:

“Anytime we have a guest here on the program, we let them know ahead of time the subject matter, the topics that we’re going to discuss…even right before the interview, I said that to Chris and I was shocked like everybody else was,” Roberts said on the show. “…We wish him the absolute best and … we’ve extended the invitation to him and I sure hope that he takes us up on it, because we’d love to have another chat with him.”

Charlie Sheen is suing Warner Bros. for $100 million, claiming he was wrongfully fired from Two and a Half Men. Forget the fact that Sheen went crazy, started snorting suitcases full of coke and production had to be stalled because of his behavior, costing the studios what was probably the equivalent to millions of dollars, Sheen still believes he can win in a court of public opinion.

Actually Charlie thinks he can win in an actual court of legal fact, announcing on Wednesday that he wants his day in court with the studio, rather than going through legal closed-door arbitration.

Sheen says arbitration won’t work since many of the judges in the area do business with Warner Bros, providing them with an unfair advantage.

In current legal paper filings Sheen has specifically asked for a public trial in a public courthouse.

At this point we’re not really sure who’s #winning.

In his new memoir; Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar says he believes in aliens because he was “mind tapped” years ago with some type of “Wi-Fi” connection.

Hmmm…perhaps Mr. Hagar took one too many drugs when he was touring to the rock & roll lifestyle.

According to Hagar he was in a vivid dream in which he found two aliens inside a UFO he stumbled onto in the early ’80s.

Hagar for his part plays down the meeting, more than likely not attempting to sound insane as he does during the passage.

“This was long before computers or any kind of wireless. There weren’t even wireless telephones,” Hagar said to MTV Hive on Monday. “It was real. [Aliens] were plugged into me. It was a download situation. This was long before computers or any kind of wireless. There weren’t even wireless telephones. Looking back now, it was like … ‘They downloaded something into me!’ Or they uploaded something from my brain, like an experiment. ‘See what this guy knows.’”

Hagar went on to tell MTV about a second alien encounter which he left out of the book:

“…One time I saw what I considered to be, well, at the time I thought it was a car with no wheels. We lived out in the country and I saw this thing floating across a field, creating this big dust storm. I threw rocks at it and shit. And I don’t know what happened after that.”

Yeah, because we’re sure aliens flew all the way to our planet to read the minds of a rock & roller.

It’s official, the FBI is now involved in attempting to find a group of hackers who have been stealing naked and provocative photos of celebrities from their mobile devices and computers.

Just last week the group claimed responsibility for releasing new pics of Vanessa Hudgens. They also claim responsibility for pics form Demi Lovato, Jessica Alba, Christina Aguilera and Disney star Selena Gomez. When all is said and done, 50 female celebrities have been targeted.

The FBI officially became involved last week following the newest round of Hudgens photos to be released.

The list of targeted celebrities also includes Miley Cyrus, Scarlett Johansson, Busy Phillips, and new mom/former Heroes star Ali Larter.

For their part, the hackers are not profiting from their exploits, rather appearing to do it just because they can.

After making several horrible Japan Earthquake jokes via Twitter yesterday comedian Gilbert Gottfried has apologized for the jokes that cost him his spokesperson job with insurance company Aflac.

Gottfried had been with the company for 10 years before making jokes that included, “Japan is really advanced. They don’t go to the beach. The beach comes to them.”

Since 2000 Gottfried has voiced the Aflac Duck in more than 30 commercials.

After public criticism and the loss of his Aflac relationship Gottfried deleted the tweets. The jokes forced Aflac to release the following statement:

“Gilbert’s recent comments about the crisis in Japan were lacking in humor and certainly do not represent the thoughts and feelings of anyone at Aflac,” while adding, “There is no place for anything but compassion and concern during these difficult times.”

When will celebrities learn that just because they can say anything they want when microblogging, they probably shouldn’t. Aflac spokesperson or perhaps I should say former Aflac rep Gilbert Gottfriend took to Twitter on Sunday and tweeted the following message:

“I just split up with my girlfriend, but like the Japanese say, ‘They’ll be another one floating by any minute now.’”

Later adding:

“What does every Japanese person have in their apartment? Flood lights.”

Even after receiving harsh criticism from his own fans he continued with:

“Japan called me. They said ‘maybe those jokes are a hit in the US, but over here, they’re all sinking.”

In a press statement Aflac execs shot back with:

“Gilbert’s recent comments about the crisis in Japan were lacking in humor and certainly do not represent the thoughts and feelings of anyone at Aflac.

Aflac, who conducts nearly 75% of their overseas business in Japan added:

“There is no place for anything but compassion and concern during these difficult times.”

So who will replace the comedian? “Aflac will immediately set plans in motion to conduct a nationwide casting call to find a new voice of the iconic Aflac Duck. It should be noted that Gilbert Gottfried is not the voice of the Aflac Duck in Japan.”

Gottfried has always annoyed me, so good riddance to horrible trash.

Michael Madsen, one of the stars of Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill movie series owes approximately $570,000 in child and spousal support, enough for an arrest warrant to be issued against the actor.

In court documents discovered last week it was revealed that the judge overlooking his family case found him in contempt of court and issued an immediate warrant for the actors arrest.

When arrested Madsen can expect to pay a bail that has already risen to $26,000.

There’s no word at this time as to whether Madsen can afford to pay the full amount or if he’s just being an involuntary deadbeat dad.

Lawyers for the Michael Jackson estate have once again filed a motion to have Alejandra Jackson removed from the families Hayvenhurst estate.

According to the court motion, Alejandra, who has children with both Randy and Jermaine Jackson is an unwanted house guest who has no grounds to stay on the property.

Alejandra on the other hand is arguing that Michael Jackson would have wanted her to stay with her children and live in the home. She also claims that the family has tried to starve her out of the home by taking all of the food from the home and even changing the locks on her.

A hearing on the matter is scheduled for Tuesday.

Charlie Sheen is an idiot. First he does enough coke to kill a village, then he tarnishes his own image by creating a home haven of porn stars, then he has the gull to actually sue CBS, Warner Bros. and Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre for $100 million, claiming wrongful termination after he had to abandon the show to undergo rehab treatments.

On March 7 Warner Bros. issued a statement about Sheen’s firing:

“After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen’s services on ‘Two and a Half Men’ effective immediately.”

To which Sheen responded with:

“This is very good news. They continue to be in breach, like so many whales. It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge because now I can take all of the bazillions, never have to look at whatshis[expletive] again and I never have to put on those silly shirts for as long as this warlock exists in the terrestrial dimension.

In his lawsuit Sheen is stating that since he wasn’t fired through all his other transgressions in the past, the studio had no reason to fire him this time around.

Adding to the crazy that is Sheen, his own lawyer Marty Singer slams Lorre right from the start of the lawsuits filing, stating:

“Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, Two and a Half Men (‘The Series’), in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre’s own conduct.”

Sheen does give credit to the staff who are also suffering work loss, naming them as plaintiffs in the lawsuit, but let’s be honest here, he was hardly dedicated to the show as the suit claims, if he was he wouldn’t have ditched the set on various occasions costing the studio millions of dollars and he wouldn’t be slamming his co-stars, calling them trolls and other hurtful names.

Charlie Sheen has went off the deep end and celebrity therapist Dr. Drew wants the actor to be committed.

The head of Celebrity Rehab stopped by the Joy Behar Show on Wednesday and talked about Sheen’s public outbreaks and firing from Two and a Half Men.

According to Dr Drew:

“It’s funny to me that people somehow believe that you have to know a patient intimately to understand they have a medical condition.”

“It’s really, for me, no different than looking at a rash…It’s somebody who uncharacteristically has a grandiose belief that they have special powers, there’s a torrent of speech, distractablituty, flight of ideas, seemingly endless energy, hyper sexuality…those are all a criteria for a condition called hypomania. It simply defines what hypomania is.”

Pinsky added:

“And for my patients that are stimulant addicts that get into a hypomanic state they typically don’t do drugs then. They don’t’ want to do drugs because they feel high all the time.”

Drew has asked that Section 5150 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code be applied to Sheen, that code states that anyone who is a danger to themselves be taking into custody for 72-hour treatment and evaluation.

After hearing of Dr. Drew’s suggestion Sheen told K-Earth 101 Live:

“I think me and Pinsky should jump in the ring and he can see how unstable these fists of flaming fury really are,” while adding, “I’ll show you how unstable I am. Bring it! Bring it little man!”

Charlie Sheen hasn’t been looking so great lately, from his drug induced nights to his crazy talk during interviews and now via his Ustream podcast, many people believe he could end up in the city morgue just as fast as he was fired from Two and a Half Men and it’s for that reason that many news agencies have already written the obituaries they will post the moment Sheen kicks the bucket.

From Reuters to The Associated Press many top news agencies are rumored to have In Memoriam articles about Sheen’s life sitting on the back burner, waiting for immediate publication.

It should be noted that this isn’t a new practice, when Britney Spears went insane for a while back in 2008, The Associate Press had her In Memoriam and obituaries written and ready to go. While the 1990′s saw various agencies preparing an endless cycle of Elizabeth Taylor In Memoriam articles.

According to a CBS insider:

“No one is wishing the worst but as a news organization for us not to be prepared for one of the biggest stories in a long time would be unprofessional.”

Heck even the team at Warner Bros. tried to reach out to Charlie Sheen’s legal team to get him the help he needs:

“..Focus your energies on what no one so far has been able to do: get your client the sustained, rigorous and effective treatment he so urgently needs,” the WB wrote in its plea. “It is clear that [Sheen] has no intention of agreeing to the intensive evaluation and treatment that his condition requires. It is also clear he does not believe he has a problem and that he will continue to conduct himself in a destructive manner.”

Oksana Grigorieva has just won $300,000 from ex-boyfriend Mel Gibson, however that money will not go into her pockets, but instead be handed over to hear team of nearly 40 lawyers.

Oksana’s lawyers requested the money which was granted by Judge Scott Gordon who told Gibson’s team that the money must be handed over immediately.

The new amount of money brings Grigorieva’s total lawyer haul from Gibson to a mind boggling number just over $1 million, quite a bit of money to spend when fighting for child support of one child.

If that isn’t enough, it’s believed that Oksana’s lawyers have asked for upwards of more than $3 million to help in her case against her former boyfriend and the father of her child.
