No celebrity appeal would be complete without an upskirt picture, and that goes doubleÂ for socialite Paris Hilton.

It looks like Hilton’sÂ attorney has officially filed anÂ appealÂ in the case of the 45-day sentencingÂ that silly ole Paris received for driving with a suspended driver’sÂ license.Â

While Hilton’s lawyers may not ever get to make an appeal, they are trying to prove that the original judge abused his station by imposing such a harsh jail term on the Hollywood princess.

If you ask me, that 45-day sentence wasn’t long enough!Â WhatÂ do you say?

Thanks to HollywoodTuna we have this great image of Fergie showing offÂ her panties (unfortunately no more than that) atÂ SuperÂ Bowl XLI.Â I was, as I’m sure we all were, hoping for a little bit more from the Black Eyed Pea, but I guess we’ll just have to take what we can get.

I think there’s a new panty-ed Hollywood these days.Â First Lindsay Lohan decided to don them & now our Fergie is taunting us with the undergarmets!Â Ohhh, the good ole days of the pantyless.Â Those were the days….
