Ummmm, we may not be seeing Tom Sizemore for quite a while.  The actor who by now has won has-been status is being charged with five felonies associated with his arrest earlier this month.

Sizemore is being charged with one count of transportation as well as possession of methamphetamines & three counts of possession of prescription drugs that didn’t exactly have his name on them.

Good ole druggie Tom was arrested back on May 8, after the cops learned that the actor had been using crystal meth outside of the Four Points Sheraton Hotel.

Well, let’s hope Tom likes prison, ’cause he’s probably going to be there for a while.

Poor Tom Sizemore.  I thought that after being seen by everyone & their brother bawling like a baby in court a few years back, that he had seen the last of his bad boy days.  But it looks like ole Tom got caught with his hand in the cookie jar again.

The Black Hawk Down actor was spotted by cops using his old pal crystal meth outside of a Bakersfield, California hotel.  Tom, who is still on probation after that drug rap back in 2004, was taken into custody by the coppers Tuesday morning.

Sizemore, who may be driving a 2004 Ford Mustang these days, was sitting in the vehicle during the arrest.  After a search of the very average car, police found two bags of meth as well as some pipes. 

You’ve been a bad ole boy, Tom.  A bad ole boy…  Bail has been set at $14,000 if anyone’s interested in a drugged-up, lunatic Sizemore.  It’s just too bad really, I kinda liked Tom.
