The average American may take the Happiest Place on Earth for granted, but countless other people have not had the chance to pay a visit. Susan Boyle was one of them; that is, until recently. The singing sensation visited Disneyland for the first time and according to TMZ – who also got really cute shots – she had the time of her life. Who wouldn’t?

It’s not officially out yet, but the song has been leaked online. And no, it is not a Broadway tune. You may be surprised (pleasantly, I think), but Susan Boyle’s new song is by The Rolling Stones – Wild Horses. The album is due to be released in November, and is already a huge hit on Amazon.

I remember that a BGT judge said that she will not allow Susan Boyle’s looks to be meddled with, as this was part of her charm. I guess it was inevitable, though. In a society where makeovers are the norm, Susan Boyle was bound to be made over at some point – and that happened. Take a sneak peek of what Harper’s Bazaar has done to the singing sensation. Looks good to me, though.

She has done it! There IS life after BGT! There have been a lot of doubts as to whether Susan Boyle could take the pressure or not, but the news is that she has recorded her first song in the studio. Simon Cowell is Susan’s first and largest fan, I think; and I doubt that she could have made it this far without his support.

His caustic humor has endeared him to many and made him lots of critics as well. You wouldn’t think that he’d admit to making a mistake, though, would you? Well Sir Cowell, as Ryan Seacrest sometimes calls him, has admitted to maybe making a mistake with Susan Boyle – not about her talent but her mental and emotional capacity to rise to stardom. He even went as far as to say that he could have been kinder to other contestants! Wow!

Susan Boyle seems to be really struggling with her newfound career. She just pulled out of a concert because she wanted her cat. Witnesses say she kept shouting “I want my cat!” and wouldn’t do anything else. The poor thing. Maybe she really isn’t cut out for this?

Rosie announced her break from blogging some time back and she has pretty much stuck to her word. She has made an exception for British singing sensation Susan Boyle, however. Why not? Everyone’s talking about her, Rosie couldn’t very well not join the fray, right?
What does she have to say?
“”Here’s a woman who, at my age — 47, was perfectly content to live in a little village in Scotland and sing in a pub, and then she came and did this and two hundred million people saw her,” Rosie told Access Hollywood. “That’s like being hit by a tidal wave. If you think that you just might see a spiffed up Susan Boyle in the near future, think again. Judge Amanda Holden said that she would not let Simon get his hands on Boyle for any aesthetic changes. I think she’s right – it is her voice that matters and her “frumpy” looks add to her appeal. What say you?
