Poor Paris Hilton, the hotel heiress thought she had it made in the shade when she was released from jail early last week.  But the princess is back in jail where her condition is monitored 24/7 at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in L.A.

Hilton hasn’t been alone, though, sister Nicky dropped by to see her jailbird sibling as well as on again off again beau Stavros Niarchos.  I wonder if she can have conjugal visits…. 

While Hilton’s medical condition has yet to be released, Paris is being given plenty of care.  Twin Towers features several doctors & nurses that are assigned to each floor of the jail that, I am sure, is their dream to take care of such a loving & kind patient.

As Paris Hilton counts down the days for her impending jail sentence, the hotel heiress manages to make time for on again off again beau, shipping heir Stavros Niarchos.

The duo were spotted Saturday at L.A. hotspot Teddy's around midnight with a handful of other pals. 

Pairvros spent the evening laughing with friends, cuddling up, smooching & all around just getting busy in the club.  I wonder if it turns Stavros on that Paris will soon be a jail bird......
