We haven't heard much of Lindsay in a while but apparently, she has not been idle. The news is that she is starting Unforgettable Productions with Kristi Kaylor. This will allow her to produce TV shows and films. Watch out for Faux Real - it's supposedly the Entourage of fashion. And that's just one of the many projects that she has lined up.

Someone broke into Lindsay's home. The LAPD says there was evidence of a burglary. Lindsay's safe. She's fine.

She does have a heart, ladies and gentlemen. Kathy Griffin has decided to leave Lindsay alone and not mock her for the time being. She says that Lindsay seems to be in "the real throes of trouble." Now this is why I appreciate Kathy - she knows when to dish it out and when to step back.

Rumor has it that Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson have broken up – just look at every other tabloid you can find. Who can blame people for these conjectures? This couple seems to have had a very rocky end to the year. In the past month alone, Sam and Lindsay have been reported to have fought several times. The latest fight was at Mansion, in front of everyone. According to TMZ, this fight started when Sam talked to a DJ and Lindsay blew her top. Tsk, tsk.

Lindsay Lohan won the respect of her co-stars in the recently completed film “Labor Pains.” Jay Thomas said she was perfect to work with. “I’m just guessing, but someone must have said to her, ‘You better get your act together or else,’ ” says Thomas. “She’s a really good actress, and it looks like she’s okay now.”

She couldn’t breathe.” Then she complained, “She was afraid to go the hospital because [the paparazzi] were gonna write about it. If you were sick, and you’re mother couldn’t even take you to a hospital because paparazzi will fabricate some story, you know, it’s sad. It’s really sad.”

Lindsay Lohan’s been accused of stealing! First by a Columbia University student who says the actress swiped her fur coat, now by model Lauren Hastings, who says she lost several thousand dollars’ worth of clothes. She reported it to the police who dropped the case because of insufficient evidence.

We know Lohan hasn’t been getting as many projects — her rehab problem really dragged down her career — but is she so strapped for cash she can’t buy her own things?

Is Lindsay Lohan desperately trying to recoup money she lost when her career stalled last year? Aside from the album she’s working on, she’s now thinking of designing her own line of leggings.

Okay, let’s think about this. What possible credentials could a celebrity have to even begin to say that she’s a designer? And… what could you possibly do with leggings, anyway? It’s stretch fabric. Short of leopard prints and studding it with sequins (which would make it more unflattering than it usually is, for most people) you really have very limited creative freedom.

And, news flash — the leggings look is so two seasons ago.

The photo was artfully done, with Lindsay styled to look like Marilyn Monroe in her 1962 shoot with Bert Stern at Hotel Bel Air.

Lindsay admits to doing 250 crunches the night before the shoot — not that she needs it — but aside from that anxiety attack, was “completely comfortable” with the camera.

Monroe’s accidental overdose (eerily similar to Heath Ledger’s) prompted Lindsay to say, ”
“They are both prime examples of what this industry can do to someone.” But she’s firm about escaping that fate, and her rehab experience was a big wake up call. “I’m not them. But I sure as hell wouldn’t let it happen to me.”

She’s letting go of some bad relationships. “There are friends that have been hard to hang out with because they’ve gone done a different path.” She’s also learning to sharpen her instincts and choose her company wisely. “But it’s hard because I’m the kind of person who wants to trust everyone.”

Lindsay is also sympathetic towards Britney Spears and Amy Winehouse. SHe understands how difficult it is to be in the spotlight and how you can lose yourself — and still feel incredibly lonely despite a crowd of fans and hangers-on.

“I’m fine being alone during the day, but I hate being alone at night. I like having friends around me, but now I’d much rather be at home.” She now spends more time watching TV, writing in her journal and generally re-centering herself. “That’s not to say I’ll never go to a club again,” she says, “because I’d be lying.”

She says that even when you’re famous — with an instantly recognizable face — most people never know the real you. “People think I’m not a good person … actually I am.”

The job is part of the community service she has to pay for her convictionfor cocaine use and driving under influence. The judge hopes that her time there will show the grisly consequences of drunk driving.

Lindsay’s finally dropped the “good girl” act. On a recent trip to Italy, where she attended the Capri Hollywood Film Festival (with the Golden Globes disaster, that’s about the only awards party worth attending), she was spotted making out…not with one… not with two…but with THREE different men. All in 24 hours.

Guess she had a lot of making out — oh, we mean making up — to do.

The first guy, a waiter/musician, said she followed him around and asked him if she could kiss him.  Later, they talked about her problems. “What struck me was her intelligence,” he said. Yeah, and her ass.

She later kissed two actors, and invited the last, a certain Dario Faiella, to her hotel room. The two were spotted early the next morning (Lindsay half-naked) on her balcony.

What’s this we’re hearing that post-rehab Lindsay Lohan is up to her wild child ways again?

According to insiders, La Lohan was seen cozying up to an Italian actor in Italy. Based on the pictures that have been circulating, the scene could be straight out of a soft porn flick, what with the wet kisses, the awkward groping and the cigarettes.

Reports have it that Lohan spent thousands of dollars on alcohol for her friends. It must be a no brainer that Lohan herself partook of the alcohol. No self respecting girl would be caught by cameras doing THAT with a stranger.
