The young actress has never been in good terms with the law since she became a teenager, and during the first part of her probation period for a DUI arrest, she missed a lot of her duties. Good thing for her, she didn’t get jail time, but got her probation extended for another year instead. Grow up, girl!

Lindsay Lohan’s home seems to be a favorite with burglars. The police was called to her home for the second time within three months for a burglary case. No one was home, no one was hurt, no one knows if anything is missing. Am I the only one who smells something fishy here?

This couple have been fighting for as long as we can remember. This time, they have taken a break from each other. According to Lindsay, they’re doing this so that she can focus on herself. Huh?

Lindsay is in trouble with the law. This time it looks serious. A warrant of arrest was released yesterday, in connection with a DUI charge in 2007. Nothing has been heard from her or her lawyer.

I don’t know about you but another publicized fight between lovers Sam and Lindsay is not a surprise. This time, the couple had a fight in Las Vegas, which ended up in Sam ditching Lindsay. Naturally, Lindsay created another scene….

Lindsay Lohan has categorically admitted to Harper’s Bazaar that she is indeed dating Samantha Ronson and that she is madly in love with her. She doesn’t consider herself a lesbian though and when asked if she’s bisexual she replied “maybe.”

Lindsay Lohan still can’t keep it together. It was reported that her diva-like behavior in the Ugly Betty set has cost her the gig. Instead of six episodes, she will now only appear in four.

Some of the complaints leveled at her included going to the set with a big entourage, smoking like a chimney in her dressing room, and refusing to go on the set unless Ugly Betty star America Ferrara is already there first.

After a brief peace, Lindsay Lohan has had enough with her dad, Michael Lohan. Sources say that she’s taken out a restraining order. “He’s behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her.” Both sister Ali and Mom Dina have an order against him. “No one is speaking with him until he gets help.”

Lindsay Lohan’s on another rant. On her MySpace blog, Lindsay Lohan lashes back at her Dad, Michael Lohan — who’s known to have a better relationship with the press than with her. “I have a therapist, and it is not the camera man at x17.”

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Rosan have everyone speculating whether they’re in a romance. They claim they’re best friends… but they left the club holding hands. Whatever it is, mom Dina approves. “I love Samantha. She’s like a child to me. They’re great friends and as long as my daughter is happy and healthy, it is what it is.”

So what was Lindsay Lohan doing at the hospital? Though her rep initially said she was visiting a friend, her Mom finally admitted that she had a real medical emergency. “She was losing oxygen. She couldn’t breathe.” Then she complained, “She was afraid to go the hospital because [the paparazzi] were gonna write about it. If you were sick, and you’re mother couldn’t even take you to a hospital because paparazzi will fabricate some story, you know, it’s sad. It’s really sad.”

Ali Lohan has just accepted her first movie role in Mostly Ghostly (based on the popular book series). The fourteen year old says she “grew up” watching sister Lindsay Lohan on the set. “It made me want to do what she does. Just the whole vibe. Being there, being on camera, or onstage.”

Must be a big trend — Connor Cruise is also following his parents’ footsteps. Uhm, who’s next. Paris Hilton’s brother?

It really upsets me and I wish he would stop.” Michael Lohan has been hogging air time with comments on his divorce from Dina, the E! reality show “Living Lohan” and Lindsay’s colorful life.

Lindsay Lohan’s former bodyguard is sueing her for a backlog in pay — about $55,000 for security and other services rendered (including driving her around and helping her get VIP tables at concerts and clubs).

David Kim is accusing her of fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of oral contract. He also complained that he had to pay about $10,000 from his own pocket for valet tips and traffic fines — like when the car swerved to avoid paparazzi and hit Kim’s trailing vehicle.

Lohan claims she doesn’t even know the man.

Right after starring in the movie about John Lennon’s killer, Lindsay Lohan’s ccepted a role ion the movie about Charles Manson.

She’ll be one of the “Manson Girls” (the title of the movie) and will play one of the cult followers. What’s next — a spoof, “Guess Who I Killed Last Summer?”

Lindsay shares the emotional pain that drove her to drugs (and rehab) and her fear of being an “out of work actor” in her interview with Paper magazine.

“I hadn’t seen my dad; I had a lot of work stress ’cause I was constantly working and never took time to stop. The easiest thing was to run away from it, going out and drinking at night.”

Rehab gave her the much needed wake up call. “There’s not really much else to do when you’re sitting in a treatment center. It’s like, ‘Why am I here? Let’s think.”

She is now negotiating for a role in a movie about Clara Bow, an “it girl” who (like Lindsay) was caught in the Hollywood craziness, became a wild child, and saw her career (and her sanity) disappear well before her 30’s. She will also begin shooting for her new movie, Dare to Love Me

She was spotted getting really cozy with Brody Jenner at two New York nightclubs, Beatrice Inn and The Box. Her friend says, “She likes him, but they are more than friends. He seems to like her back. They’re actually sweet together, it would be nice if she kept him around.”
