Actress Kelly Rutherford has finally settled her custody case. The result is that she will share custody of her children with ex-husband German businessman Daniel Giersch. It doesn’t mean that the couple are on good terms, though.

Divorce is not uncommon in Hollywood but filing for divorce when one is pregnant, we do not hear of quite often. This is exactly what Kelly Rutherford, Gossip Girls star who is pregnant with their second child, did on the 30th of December last year. Interestingly, husband Daniel Girsch filed for legal separation on the same day.
