She has had a number of movies in the recent years, but I don’t think I have seen Kate Winslet in her own TV show. I have been wrong before, though. Anyhow, she is going to be a regular on TV with the miniseries “Mildred Pierce,” which, many say HBO will pick up.

Many walked away from the Golden Globes winners on Sunday and one of them was Kate Winslet, who won Best Supporting Actress for Reader. Why write about Winslet alone when there are so many other winners? I guess we've been waiting for something big from her ever since she and Leo did Titanic. Just one more challenge up ahead - actually winning something in the Oscars.
