What’s in Justin Bieber’s Christmas Wish list? If one didn’t believe in Christmas or Santa Claus, then there’s no point to making a wish list eh?
It looks like Santa Claus wont be making any stops down the Bieber chimneys as the teen pop idol admits he was brought up with straight honest facts. The teenage heartthrob says he understood his mom’s logic on the matter of not letting him grow up believing in a fictional holiday figure of Santa Claus. Growing up and then realizing later on that he never really existed would almost seem like misleading him to believe in a lie and well, for some kids that would almost be heartbreaking.
This almost would seem sad to think, knowing how the average American kid would hardly get any sleep waiting on good ole St. Nick with a glass of milk and a plate of cookies. However Bieber says, he made an effort to keep the joy of the season for his friends and playmates a never said a word about this to them.
In the Bieber home, Christmas Day was a day to play a family traditional game of dice and chance in lieu of the usual exchange of gifts between family. The person who rolls the dice and gets double has the privilege to pick a present. And basically this allows each player the chance to either get what they wanted or end up with something totally out of their preference. The singer recalls having ended up with pots and pans instead of a much coveted Game Boy.
This year, Justin gets to spend Christmas back in the great white north and spend Christmas eve with his mom and head over to his dad’s house on Christmas day to spend time with his younger siblings. Incidentally, Justin is promoting his Christmas album with hopes that it brings cheers to everyone.

Bieber fever could be cooling down as the 17 yr. old pop singer gets slammed with a paternity suit by an older woman who claims Justin Bieber fathered her child in a brief backstage rendezvous.

20 year old Mariah Yeater, recounts her  quick brush  with  the pop star, in October 2010. This allegedly happened  after his performance at the Staples Center in LA. She claims Bieber’s bodyguards gave her a full backstage invite  after the concert to meet the singer along with other women. Yeater  vividly remembers  how it all progressed from mutual attraction, to chemistry kissing… and then to heavy petting that eventually led them to a nearby bathroom .  She said she asked him to wear a condom but the bubblegum pop star  refused as he confessed that it was his first time  and wanted to feel everything!

What a beautiful memory it must be for Mariah Yeater to recall her momentous 30 second liason with a 16 year old singing sensation in a backstage lavatory.  Too beautiful to pass up and not keep a lifetime remembrance, eh?

Beiber strongly denies he is the father of the child, but Yeater’s lawyers also claims that the singer did not deny having unprotected sex with her after  his concert. You would wonder if  this boy  ever got a crash course on pop star sex 101. Condoms, young man! It saves you a lot of drama in the end. Oh, wait..  no need for condoms because he totally dissed on the idea of casual intercourse at one of his concerts.

Justin Bieber’s camp assures they will vigorously pursue all legal remedies to defend the singer and hope on the fact that Yeater, being 19 at the time of the incident and Bieber, 16 – would find herself possibly prosecuted for statutory rape of a minor.

Apparently, Miss Yeater is requesting the court to subject BIeber to take a paternity test and if results are undeniably positive, she merely wants the father to provide adequate support  for his son who was born on July 6.

Court date is scheduled for December 15.  This sure  sounds like a defo job for Maury Povich!

Justin Bieber takes his stand against bullying next to viral video hero Casey Heynes. If you haven’t heard of Casey Heynes, he is an Australian boy who became instantly famous from a cell phone video footage of him defending himself from a fellow schoolmate attacking him.

The said video instantly went viral and millions of people from around the world voiced out their heart for the 10th grader student. Justin Bieber  was one of those who saw the video and learned of Casey’s story . Being able to closely relate to a teenager’s tough life, Bieber knew just how to make a statement on this matter as he flew Casey and his family to his concert in Melbourne. The singer even brought Casey out onto the stage with him, as the boy received proud cheers from the crowd.

In case you haven’t been reading much of Bieber fever news, the 17-year old pop idol has been quite the victim of bullying himself. Just recently he had eggs thrown at him onstage during one of his shows in Australia.  Refusing to get rattled by it, the singer kept on with his performance.  One would wonder though, why haters would even bother to spend money on tickets, stand with the maddening queue of fans, go through all that effort  only to throw eggs at a 17 year old boy. Geez, so much hate in this world.

As for Casey Heynes, he got his sweet revenge and a loud and proud statement to the world to always stand up against bullying.

Bieber’s Growing Up

How times flies. Teen sensation Justin Bieber’s voice is changing. All die-hard fans will notice that the 16-year-old’s voice isn’t as high-pitched as it was during his early career.

According to Wenn, Justin was quoted, saying: “It cracks. Like every teenage boy, I’m dealing with it and I have the best vocal coach in the world. Some of the notes I hit on ‘Baby,’ I can’t hit anymore. We have to lower the key when I sing live.”

It looks like puberty has set in. Listen to his first hit, “One Time,” which was released just last year.

Now listen to one of his recent tracks, “Eenie Meenie,” with Sean Kingston.

Hear the difference? Biebettes, does it bother you that Justin’s voice will completely transform before by the time he hits 18?

Wanted: Swagger Coach

Ryan’s photo (left) from MTV

Justin Bieber has one; I kid you not! Meet Ryan Good, a Florida native who was hired by R&B singer/producer Usher to tag along with teen sensation Justin Bieber and help him develop his—you guessed it—swagger.

swag·ger [swag-er]
–verb (used without object)
1. to walk or strut with a defiant or insolent air.
2. to boast or brag noisily.
–verb (used with object)
3. to bring, drive, force, etc., by blustering.
–noun
4. swaggering manner, conduct, or walk; ostentatious display of arrogance and conceit.

According to MTV, Justin was quoted saying, “I have a swagger coach that helps me and teaches me different swaggerific things to do.” I’ll bet Ryan’s job description isn’t limited to picking Justin’s clothes and matching his sneakers. This dude may be responsible for Justin’s killer tween smile, signature hair swoosh, and pickup lines.

E! Online claims that they haven’t heard of any other young stars employing a swagger coach, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this starts a new trend in the industry.

How swaggerific!

Bieber or Die

You gotta hand it to the guys at Funny or Die. Their skits can make almost any celebrity funny. Take Justin Bieber for example. Sure, the kid can sing and make anyone under 18 swoon, but his acting and comedy chops need help. Did you see his recent stint with Tina Fey at SNL?

His new video with Funny or Die is funnier than his last few attempts. Check it out.

My favorite bit was when he rode on the back of his bodyguard and demanded to go get a lollipop. LMAO!

Is it just me or is he losing baby fat and getting taller? Bieber’s voice is changing, too! I wonder how that will affect his next album.

Who cares? “This is Bieber’s world and you’re just living in it! Bieber or die!”

Baby, baby, baby, oh…

Justin’s Reaction to People

Uh-oh! It looks like the 16-year-old wasn’t 100% happy about his People cover photo. The latest issue of People magazine shows a guffawing Justin Bieber on the cover. It isn’t his best angle, especially after a barrage of magazines and websites have done hot fashion shoots and interviews with the teen sensation.

When he saw the cover layout, his reaction was: “[sic] Dear @peoplemag Covershoot…next time i laugh real crazy warn me u r still taking pics.”

He also tweeted last week, “EXCLUSIVE story and pics in the new issue of @peoplemag . I look crazy as heck on the cover but if u cant laugh at yourself u aint havin fun.”

Some people have interpreted his reaction negatively, saying that the teen sensation is letting the fame get to his head with this diva attitude.

But Justin was quick to show some gratitude when he tweeted, “just grabbed my copy of @peoplemag with the cover story and exclusive article and pics. truly honored. everyone go out and grab it. Thanks”

Do you think Justin is turning into a Hollywood diva or is he simply a vain teenager who didn’t like his photo?

People’s Bieber Fever

Want a sure-fire way to sell your magazine these days? Get a few minutes with Justin Bieber. People is the latest magazine to do a story on the teen sensation, and this time they went all the way by making him their cover boy.

For this week’s issue, the title “All About Justin Bieber” says it all. Writer Joey Bartolomeo’s story tries to make sense of “how Justin Bieber grew from YouTube sensation to the biggest pop star on the planet—all by the time he hit 16!”

For non-gushing teens and tweens, there are other stories worthy of your attention. There’s the one on Jennifer Hudson, spokesperson of Weight Watchers, and how she managed to trim down to a size smaller than her pre-baby weight. There’s an article on country singer Kenny Chesney and his year off the entertainment ‘biz. Then there’s a sexy photo shoot and interview with Dancing With The Stars couple Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Erin Andrews.

Timbo’s Prodigy

Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball - Day 2

Meet the first artist to officially be signed to Justin Timberlake’s label, Tennman Records. When Esmée, a 21-year-old Dutch singer, became popular on YouTube in 2006, Timbo took her under his wing and she never looked back.

Esmée is working on her first album, Outta Here, which will be out in August. She also recently wrapped up her music video, “Love Dealer,” where Timbo himself makes a cameo. The video, directed by The Malloys, shows the process of Esmée recording a song. “Justin sends Esmée out into the world and watches her career take off as he looks down on her from a rooftop,” according to People.

Hey, that could have been Bieber! Remember when Justin Bieber was just starting out last year? The teen sensation was torn between Tennman Records and Usher’s label, US Records. In the end, he signed with Usher.

Esmée’s been with Timbo since 2007, and although her career is on a steady rise, it isn’t just as grand as the Bieber fever. What does that say about Timbo as a music producer? Bieber did reveal that Usher’s offer was more interesting that Timbo’s, which made him choose US Records.

And if Justin Bieber’s phenomenal career is any indication of US Records’ skills, I believe Usher wins major points in this game.

My World 2.0 Is Number 1

No surprise there. Only a week after it was released, Justin Bieber’s album My World 2.0 topped the Billboard 200 after selling 280,000 copies, making the 16 year-old the youngest solo male artist to reach No. 1.

The last time a youngster made it this big in Billboard was when a 13-year-old Stevie Wonder hit number one in 1963 with Little Stevie Wonder: The 12 Year Old Genius.

The Bieber fever is on an all-time high.

I Want Bieber’s Kicks!

One thing about teen heartthrob Justin Bieber’s wardrobe is that he keeps his threads monochrome. Sometimes he wears a hint of color, but his choice of clothes always boils down to dark, basic hues. It’s through his sneakers that you see more flavor.

Here’s an ode to the 16-year-old’s sneaker collection. As a sneaker freak myself, they’re the first things I notice whenever I check out pictures of him.

And yes, I’d love to raid his shoe closet.

Eenie Meenie Miney Moe

Justin Bieber’s second album, My World 2.0 is finally out. It features songs such as “Never Let You Go,” which is now on the iTunes singles chart and “Baby” (featuring Ludacris) which has been steadily climbing the Billboard 100 chart.

Another song featured in the album is “Eenie Meenie,” a collaboration with Justin’s real-life bff, Sean Kingston. The song will also be part of Sean’s untitled third album.

Justin Bieber’s B-day Present

Justin Biber takes time to greet his rain-soaked faithful fans (Biebettes!) who were waiting outside his London hotel

When he turned 16 early this month, we all speculated what Justin Bieber would get for his birthday. He hinted that he wanted a Range Rover, but he didn’t get one from Diddy. Celebrity wishes always come true, so Justin’s mentor Usher handed him the keys to his new wheels.

According to Contact Music, the 31-year-old R&B singer bought the teen sensation his first car.

“I was in L.A [for my birthday],” Justin said. “I went to L.A. first and I had a party out there for all my friends and stuff and then we went to Toronto and had a family party up there. [Usher] helped buy me a car. He bought me a Range Rover. I can drive.”

I wonder how many Biebettes can fit in that Range Rover.

Justin Bieber: Sweet 16

Justin Bieber Live - Paris

The teenage heartthrob turned 16 on Monday and he kept his fans in the loop with birthday updates on Twitter.

“[sic] thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes. u guys all changed my life and are giving me a great birthday. appreciate it,” he tweeted on Monday.

Justin Bieber’s celebrations were all about good, clean fun. Last weekend he hung out with baller Kobe Bryant at a Lakers game. On his actual birthday, he went bowling with family and friends.

Since he’s now legal to drive, I’ll bet there’s a shiny set of wheels waiting for him. “I think I want a Range Rover,” he told People. Diddy may also give him a set of keys—secondhand ones, that is. “He said when I turn 16 he was going to give me his Lamborghini,” Bieber says. “But we all know Diddy’s not gonna give me his Lamborghini. He’s all talk.”

I guess he’ll have to borrow Sean Kingston’s Ferrari F430 sports car again. We did see him drive it around Miami last month.

Happy birthday, Justin!

It’s like a Bono humanitarian concert for teens and tweens. We Day is an annual youth empowered rally by Free The Children, an organization that aims to fight child labor. This year, We Day started out in two different venues and dates in Canada—September 29 at Vancouver’s GM Place and October 5 at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre. The third and final set will be on November 5 at the Hamilton Place.

Some 16,000 students and teachers attended the musical event. Guest performers such as The Jonas Brothers, Justin Bieber, Hedley and dancers from So You Think You Can Dance Canada were received with ear-splitting cheers from the crowd.

The event wasn’t just about a cool concert. The kids and teens in attendance were in full support of the organization’s cause—to make tangible actions that make a better world, especially for children. Humanitarians, environmentalists, motivational speakers and politicians were greeted like rockstars at the event.

SOS call: The Jonas Brothers made a surprise appearance.

Justin Bieber performed the acoustic version of his hit “One Time” at We Day.

“We share with our team and we truly believe it’s not about us. It’s about the issues and we share that with all the young people,” said Marc Kielburger, one of the founders of Free The Children. “We’re just happy that the young people feel that it’s really cool to get socially engaged and what we’re fighting most of all is we’re fighting apathy.”

“Everyday action is our message and people respond to that message because they’re really searching to bring about a positive change in this world,” added co-founder Craig Kielburger.

With the success of the rally, it looks like the kids heard the message loud and clear.

Justin Bieber: Usher’s Prodigy

If you haven’t seen his video or listened to his tracks yet, then you must be hiding under a rock. At 15, Justin Bieber is taking Hollywood by storm with “One Time.”

His story is that of your typical YouTube sensation. Three years ago, the then 12-year-old Canadian joined a local singing competition called Stratford Idol and won second place. He wanted to share his victory with his friends and family who didn’t get to see the show, so he posted his videos on YouTube.

“But it turned out that other people liked them and they started subscribing to them,” said Justin. “That’s how my manager found me. He saw me on YouTube and contacted my family and now I’m signed!”

It’s not everyday that a 15-year-old gets signed by R&B singer Usher. In October 2008, Justin was torn between signing for Justin Timberlake and Usher. “It turned out Usher’s deal was way better,” Justin revealed. “But I still would like to work on a collaboration with Justin in the future,” he said during a phone-in interview with Ryan Seacrest.

“Things are just happening so fast,” he added. It’s been less than a year since Justin signed to Island Records, and he’s already making the Hollywood rounds. Numerous TV and radio guestings, red carpet appearances, a debut album, a music video, and 535,000+ facebook fans are keeping this lad busy.

His recent stint involves making his “Favorite Girl” happy. Justin hollered at Tricia Matibag, winner of his MTV VMA red carpet shout-out competition. Check out this ultimate fan’s winning video entry:
