It’s that time of the year when People magazine publishes a special issue that pays tribute to the most beautiful celebrities. This year’s coveted top spot went to 42-year-old actress Julia Roberts.

This isn’t her first time to grace the cover of People’s Most Beautiful. She’s been on the special issue cover four times before, back when she was still single. Although she’s now busy being a mom to twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, 5, and Henry, 2, she still manages to look sophisticated and classy.

I don’t think even her doppelganger niece Emma Roberts, 19, can outdo Julia in the beauty department.

Other beauties that made it to the list are Scarlett Johansson, Sofia Vergara, and Katy Perry. Let’s also not forget some of my favorites hotties—Channing Tatum, Justin Bieber, and Robert Pattinson.

“It’s kind of like every girl’s dream, really,” she told WWD about being the new global ambassador of Lancôme. “To be 42 and have three kids and be a working mom, it’s a great moment to be asked to do this and to be able to do it. I think it says a lot about Lancôme and what they stand for.”

“Her exceptional talent, her radiance, and her strong commitments perfectly echo Lancôme’s values,” Youcef Nabi, president of Lancôme International, said in a statement. “We are convinced she will embody the brand in the most sublime way possible.”

The 42-year-old actress has just wrapped up her photo shoot for the brand in Paris. According to Radar Online, she earned a cool $20 million for the project.

Man, does Julia Roberts have her hands full or what?  With newborn Henry strapped to her chest (some would call that a lucky baby) & the twins in tow, Roberts looks more like your average stay at home mom than a superstar celebrity.

Roberts & clan were spotted taking in the sun (& smog) on a recent walk through Los Angeles.  But Julie just can’t stop looking adorable!
