Will and Jada Pinckett Smith are simply one of Hollywood’s hottest couples and are adored across the world. Loving parents to Jaden, Willow and Trey (from Will’s first marriage) this fiery duo have more than a few achievements behind them. A successfully Grammy award-winning actor, Will Smith has starred in a number of hugely popular movies including Men in Black, I, Robot and Hitch. Jada Pinkett Smith has also had a great career appearing in films such as Scream, The Matrix Revolutions and The Nutty Professor.

What’s more, their coolness must be catching as their kids are awesome too. Jaden played Will’s co-star in The Pursuit of Happiness and Willow played his daughter in I am Legend. Willow also began a music career in 2010 releasing her single Whip My Hair and is signed to Jay-Z’s record label Roc Nation.

I was never fond of nepotism. I hate how relatives of celebrities and socialites are given more favorable opportunities in the entertainment industry just because they carry the famous last name. Most of them are terrible in acting, singing, or whatever it is that they’re temporarily interested in—and yet they land the good jobs.

But there are a few “privileged children” who prove their mettle. One is Jaden Smith, 11-year-old son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett. He’s wrapping up the remake of The Karate Kid, made famous by Ralph Macchio and the late Pat Morita in the ’80s.

Jaden landed the lead role of Dre Parker, an American boy who is forced to move to China with his mom. There, he finds trouble in the neighborhood and learns Kung Fu from Mr. Han, played by Jackie Chan. Mr. Han, the maintenance man, is secretly a master of Kung Fu.

My doubts about this flick were erased when I saw the trailer. The movie didn’t exactly ride on the “wax-on, wax-off” formulas that worked in the ’80s, but there are familiar Mr. Miyagi moments that both the old and young generation can enjoy.

Jaden also shows impressive acting chops and martial arts know-how. He was so good that Jackie Chan was blown away during their shoots last year. “He put my son to shame!” Jackie said in an interview. “I provided my son with the best martial artists in the world, and he could not be persuaded to try it. In just two months, Jaden had learned so much. He is truly a talented boy,” he said.

The film is currently in post-production and I cannot wait to see it in June!

The celebrity couple are taking collaboration to a whole new level. They are the hosts to the upcoming Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo. The show will take place on December 11 and will also feature a host of performers. Why the couple? Organizers say they are the perfect ambassadors for peace. I wonder what the Jolie-Pitt brood are thinking.

Beautiful Jada Pinkett Smith is celebrating her 36th birthday today!

Wonder what Jada is going to get into tonight with hubby Will Smith.  Whatever it is, I'm sure it's naughty!

As rumors abound about Katie Holmes being trapped in a marriage to Tom Cruise, friends of the couple are stepping up to reveal what’s what.

Jada Pinkett Smith, recently gave PEOPLE the lowdown, saying that Katie is no prisoner, “It burns my soul – I see her in the house with Tom; he doesn’t have that on her! It kills me. ‘Tom’s this monster and he’s got her chained up in the basement and he’s forcing Scientology down her throat’ – it’s bulls—. Let me tell you: Kate ain’t no little wimpy kitty cat. It’s not that ballgame. For real.”

Well, if Jada said it, maybe I can swallow it…  What do you think?

Adorable actress & Will Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, was spotted in New York getting serious about safety.

The actress took time to read, enthusiastically I might add, “The Great Tomato Adventure” to several young fans at the Preschool of America.  Smith was on hand to talk about parenting & the importance of child safety.

You know, I just love the female half of this Hollywood duo & Jada’s outfit, as well as expression, are priceless!

Apparently Will likes his crushes.  Before it was Beyoncé Knowles, ole Will had a crush on Salma Hayek.  Who wouldn’t, right?  But Pinkett say she’s totally fine with her husband’s infatuations, saying, “Will and I both have our little Hollywood crushes.”

“For me, it used to be The Rock. For Will, it was Salma Hayek and then Beyoncé for a while.”

In fact, Pinkett is so comfortable with her hubby Will’s sex symbol status that she said he should be in more steamy scenes, “I wish Will would do more [love scenes]!”

“People want to see that.”

Yes, we do, Jada.  Yes we do.
