Loving Hillary Duff’s new body? Here are tips on looking fab and fit — even without a celebrity trainer.

 

On her “Dignity” tour’s Mexico stop, former teen queen Hilary Duff was accused of lip-synching, reminiscent of the plot in her former film, The Lizzie McGuire Movie, where her greasy Italian love interest was indeed doing the dirty deed.

Miss Duff vehemently denied the allegations, blaming faulty Mexican equipment. Her people stand behind the star, insisting that she always performs live in her concerts.

Hilary Duff send the paparazzi a very nasty look as she & her NY Islanders hockey pal Mike Comrie pull into the West Hollywood hot spot Area.  But if you’re going to visit hot spots, Hil, you have to expect that they’d be there, right?…

The duo were seen arriving at the nightclub after a long dinner with Duff’s sister Haylie at a restaurant in Brentwood.  I think this Comrie dude could be good for the Hilary.  What do you think?

Us Weekly has debuted a new annual swimsuit issue, and guess who’s gracing the cover?  None other than Hilary Duff!

If I were to think back a few years ago, I would have never said Hilary would be gracing the cover of anything in  a bikini, except maybe Fattie Weekly.

But Hilary seems to have taken her weight very seriously since she read reports of her sporting a little more weight than she needed to a few years back.  The singer/actress went down from  

“It made me obsessed,� Hil said of her sctrict diet.

“I would beat myself up if I had some fat.�

But when the 5-foot-2 singer/actress went down from 130 to 100 pounds in 2005, sister Haylie stepped in & finally intervened.

“She said, ‘Why are you being so strict with yourself?’It was like an awakening,â€� revealed Duff.

“I don’t want to be so skinny that people are like, Oh my god, she’s lost a lot of weight.�

As of right now Hilary is very pleased at staying around 109 pounds, saying, ”As you get older, you just get more comfortable in your own skin.”

Congrats to Hilary for finding a good medium balance in there, she looks great!

Monday on MTV’s TRL, Blades of Glory stars Will Ferrell & Jon Heder took a stab at trying to teach unsteady Hilary Duff to ice skate.

Ferrell & Heder were doing the rounds in New York to promote their new movie, while Duff was trying her hand at cohosting the popular MTV show.

I’d have to say that after seeing the show, Duff may not be the next Kristi Yamaguchi, if you know what I mean!
