If you follow the gossip sites then you might have noticed a lack of Speidi lately. That would be Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt of course. You would think with Christmas and New Years happening that they would plaster themselves all over the place. Apparently though they haven’t because Heidi has been too busy putting herself under the knife. The story is in the latest People:

At just 23 years old, The Hills star Heidi Montag decided to go under the knife for a second time and have a staggering 10 plastic-surgery procedures in one day.

“For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done,” the reality star tells PEOPLE. “I’m beyond obsessed.”

And so, on Nov. 20, Montag’s total transformation began. Keeping even her family in the dark, the starlet chronicled every painful moment of recovery and her journey to become “the best me.”

10 surgeries in one day. I don’t get it, she wasn’t half-bad in the first place. I can understand the breast implants because they can help boost a woman’s confidence, but chin, nose and other stuff as well? And now she is addicted? She is already teetering on the Michael Jackson edge of sanity with this stuff and hopefully some doctor steps in and says he just won’t do it because this is about to get out of hand.

Wait, am I worried about her? She annoys the hell out of me and anything that comes out of her mouth is about as intelligent as ALF speaking to you through his ass. However, anytime you see stupidity happening in front of you it is natural to try and prevent it. Unless it is dinner time, then it simply has to wait.

If she had her way, Heidi Montag will follow in the steps of Nadya Suleyman. Audrina Patridge told US Magazine that her friend actually said she wanted to become the next Octomom, to which she replied, "Heidi, you don't!" The thing is, hubby Spencer does not have any plans of having kids - ever.

Back in the day, googling the name Heidi will take you back to your childhood storybooks of a young girl’s adventures in the Swiss Alps. Fast forward to 2009 and there’s a new Heidi who tops the search engines.

Her latest attempt to prove that she has the makings of a singer, Heidi recently performed at the Miss Universe 2009 Pageant. She launched her new single “Body Language” by performing in nude-colored tight pants and a belly-baring top that reminds us a little too much of Britney Spears.
The verdict? Well, since the Miss Universe Pageant gives viewers a chance to vote for their favorite candidates online, then you be the judge of Heidi’s first live performance. Did she lip-synch or did it feel like the real thing?

You know what they say, “Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you can’t do it” or something like that. It looks like the 22-year-old isn’t letting her critics stop her from becoming the next pop star.

Despite the swine flu, newlyweds Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are in Cabo San Lucas. And no, it is not for their honeymoon. She is shooting a new video and is very well aware of the risk they are taking. At least they're together, right?

The 20-year-old MTV-er turned heads on the beaches of Malibu with her boyfriend Spencer Pratt.

“She looked awesome!  She seemed really happy,” one witness was quoted as saying.

Reportedly, Beverly Hills doctor Frank Ryan did both surgeries after Montag came to him saying that she had always wanted to be a C-cup.  Join the club, Heidi.  Join the club.

“Whatever women need to do to feel sexy, they should do,” recently revealed.

Although Heidi has not admitted to having the boob & nose surgeries, though it’s quite noticeable, it looks like the reality star is in a good place.

“I’m in a great place in my life right now,” she states.
