The 34-year-old singer, whose real name is Stacy Ann Ferguson, is helping the brand develop a new fragrance, which will be launched in fall 2010. “I’m always seeking out new ways to express myself,” Fergie said in a statement. “Fragrance is the perfect opportunity to share my originality and confidence with my fans and the Avon consumer. I couldn’t be happier to be working with a brand with such a strong reputation for supporting women.”

She also said she’s honored to join the growing list of A-list stars who worked with Avon, including Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Hudson, and Salma Hayek.

It’s been a good couple of weeks for Ferg. She has just completed the Eastern leg of a world tour with the Black Eyed Peas to promote their album The E.N.D. She also recently bought a stake in the NFL’s Miami Dolphins. She was approved last week at the NFL owners meeting in Boston to become the latest limited partner of the Miami Dolphins franchise. She joins the ranks of fellow team owners Venus and Serena Williams, Marc Anthony, Jimmy Buffett and Gloria Estefan.

While her signature perfume is still in the works, fans have been putting on their thinking caps as to what it should be called. The top pick is Fergalicious, of course!

Fergie and Josh Duhamel are now man and wife! They had a very private ceremony at the Church Estates Vineyards in Malibu, with only really close family and friends present. Congratulations to the couple!

The former Black Eyed Peas star has been engaged about a year now and finally, they are going to tie the knot! They are bent on starting a whole new life come the new year – an apt decision, if I may say so. The wedding is set to take place on the weekend of January 9-11 in South California.

 Black Eyed Peas frontwoman Fergie was spotted looking a little less than herself than usual earlier this week.

The singer was seen between a wardrobe change before a David LaChapelle photo shoot in Hollywood.  You know, it’s just kinda nice to know that before Photoshop, Fergie looks just like us, but without the paparazzi.

A fair amount of celebs showed up for the Australian MTV Music Awards Sunday night.

Pink, Good Charlotte, 30 Seconds to Mars & Fergie, of course, showed up for the big event down under & even took home a statue, along with that 80s-licious banana outfit.
