Clay Aiken bashed Adam Lambert in his official blog saying that he only watched one episode of AI this season, and that was when Adam performed Ring of Fire. He said it was “contrived, awful, and slightly frightening.” Simon, is that you?
Anyhow, Adam said that he has no hard feelings – and that he does not know Clay. Poor Clay, his statements seem contrived to me.

Not as a contestant but as a judge! Fancy that – after enduring being on the hot seat as an American Idol contestant, the tables have turned for Clay Aiken. Now, it’s his turn to be the judge. Congratulations are in order, I suppose.

Clay Aiken’s going to be daddy! He agreed to artifically inseminating Jaymes Foster, a music producer and a close friend. The rumors were confirmed by her brother, David Foster, also a producer.

Clay and Jaymes became friends during the American Idol days, and from what we hear, they’re not romantically involved. She just really wanted a kid, and Clay agreed to, er, donate a couple of chromosomes.
