She just turned 10 and critics are already bashing her for dressing provocatively at Hollywood events. Noah Cyrus, better known as Miley’s little sister, is aspiring to be just like her older sister—a star.

With a little help from her celebrity family, Noah is working her way up by appearing on the Hannah Montana show, as well as other small TV stints. She even has her own celebrity BFF Emily Grace Reaves, 9. Think of it as the tween version of Paris and Nicole.

Haters are dubbing the twosome’s behavior as “age inappropriate.” Who could blame them? Noah and Emily happily attend red carpet events together, usually dressed in lace, fishnet stockings, knee-high boots, and micro-mini skirts, to the dismay of the public.

That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Noah’s lip-synching Ke$ha music video caused an uproar on Youtube last year. She strutted her “Tik Tok” moves using a bottle of Jack as a prop.

Wait, there’s more! She and BFF Emily now have their own show on Youtube entitled, The Noie and Ems Show. Their latest video upload revealed their plans to put up their own business—a lingerie clothing line for children. Yes, citizens of the world, you heard it right! Billy Cyrus’ 10-year-old is designing a lingerie line for fellow tweens. Check out their homemade video below.

According to the press release, “Ooh! La, La Couture” will feature “versatile styles that can be worn with sweet ballerina slippers, casual sneakers or paired with lace stockings and boots for more of a rock and roll look.” Interested? The lingerie line is debuting on Valentine’s Day. Hey, at least the proceeds of their venture will go to Noah’s Lollipops and Rainbows charity.

“I always tell her to love what you’re doing and stay focused for the love of the art and not worry so much about opinion,” Billy Cyrus said when people criticized Miley’s pole-dancing performance last year. I guess it’s safe to say that Daddy will be giving his 10-year-old the same career advice.

I’m trying to be open-minded here. Kids will be kids, and when they copy their older sisters or idols, you should see it as just playtime. But at the rate Noah’s going, she could outdo Lindsay and Ali Lohan, Britney Spears, and even her own sister Miley by the time she turns 13! I’m just saying.
