Natalie Cole doesn’t approve of Amy Winehouse’s Grammy sweep.

“I don’t think she should have won. I think it sends a bad message to our young people who are trying to get into this business, the ones who are trying to do it right and really trying to keep themselves together,” said Cole, 58. “We have to stop rewarding bad behavior.”

Amy Winehouse was initially denied a US visa, but now the Embassy’s letting her go after all.

Except she doesn’t want to anymore.

Her camp says that the “logistics” are too complicated, and it would be much easier to stick to the plan of just broadcasting her performance from London. But think about it: would they want to go, after that initial humiliation?

Okay, okay, what’s with the hospitals?!

Amy Winehouse (another of our favorite celebrity trainwrecks) checked into the hospital. Apparently she’s been going through detox, and started vomiting. She became seriously dehydrated. Guess her body was going through shock after she started actually (gasp!) drinking water instead of vodka.

Hopefully Amy will be okay in time for her Grammys performance.

The tape has her saying she just had “six valium” before lighting up a crack pipe, then popping pills of Ecstasy. Somehow it found its way to The Sun, the same tabloid that released the Kate Moss cocaine scandal.

If she keeps doing this, Amy could get back-to-back “awards” for Top Celebrity Meltdowns.

British chanteuse Amy Winehouse has been nominated for six Grammy awards and the “Rehab”-bed superstar is really keen on performing live during the awards show. But this could be put in jeopardy if she does not prove that she has really cleaned up her act (she recently finished her rehab treatment a few weeks ago). There are reports that the US might not grant her a visa is she does not pass her drug tests.

Screw US immigration! You won’t let a true talent like Amy Winehouse in but let a no-talent skeleton like Posh Spice to live in LA?!

 

She’s not exactly the classic Chanel beauty, and the wild stories of drugs, bulimia and unsavoury partners don’t exactly fit with haute couture, but nevertheless, the SUN tabloid has said that Karl Lagerfeld’s new muse is indeed,  pop music’s messed-up queen, Amy Winehouse. Well, he was reported to have said he liked her hair at least:

“She is a beautiful, gifted artist and I very much like her hairdo….I took it as an inspiration, because, in fact, it was also Brigitte Bardot’s hairdo in the late fifties and sixties. And now Amy has made it her own style.”

Hot on the heels of Karl, is more Amy Winehouse gushing, this time in the guise of Posh herself. While I am admittedly not a huge fan of Victoria’s fashion style, many take this ex-Spice Girl’s fashion words as gospel truth. Heres what she said to the U.K’s Daily Mirror:

“She’s very much a fashion icon and I adore what she wears – she’s so unique and original”
