Glambert Takes Over The UK

He’s almost as busy as Lady Gaga. Okay, that’s not really the case, but Adam Lambert’s has been making his rounds in the UK, fresh from his stint in Tokyo, Japan.

On the 20th, he attended Boy George’s new single launch at the Merah Club in London.

On the 26th, he visited British magazine Heat to talk about his debut album, For Your Entertainment. He then had dinner with Brian Friedman at Criterion Restaurant in Piccadilly Circus, after which he was spotted heading to Makihi for a night out.

Talk about a busy schedule!

Was that a supernova? A planetarium constellation? A walking hurricane? Oh, Lady Gaga, you never cease to amaze me. This was just one of the exclusive Armani Privé ensembles she put on that night.

The punk-rocker is now a lady! Pink surprised everyone with her crystal-encrusted degradé gown.

Sorry, Imogen Heap. Nobody can ever outdo Lady Gaga, but you gave it a good shot.

Ladies and gentlemen, Ricky Martin is alive! I repeat, Ricky Martin is back!

Glambert rocked, as usual. Why, Adam Lambert could wear a real vampire’s costume from the 1800s and still make it look hot.

Who is Shaila Durcal, or better yet, what in the world was she wearing?!

SAG’s Best-Dressed Men

Yesterday I raved about the best-dressed women at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. Now it’s the guys’ turn. I know there’s nothing much they can don other than ties and tuxedos, but there are a few stylish men who add the extra oomph to an otherwise conventional suit.

Dark eyeliner, check. Moussed hair, check. Silky suit, check. Rockstar bling, check. American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert, a.k.a. Glambert, looked every bit the rockstar on the red carpet.

He may have tried to act goofy for this photo op, but Eli Roth (whose movie Inglorious Basterds won Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture)’s plaid suit made him more hottie than funny.

Justin Timberlake never fails to disappoint at the red carpet. His Dolce & Gabbana ensemble was a crowd favorite at last Saturday’s SAG Awards.

Glee’s bad boy Mark Salling (left) went retro with this gray number. He joined fellow gleeks (L-R) Jenna Ushkowitz, Jessalyn Gilsig and Matthew Morrison for a photo op after their show won Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.

Although head-to-toe black is a safe choice, not many guys can stylishly pull it off the way Kevin Bacon did. The Taking Chance actor also took home the award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries.

ABC In Hot Seat Over Lambert Cancellation

Gay rights activists are all up in arms and their target is ABC. Everyone has heard of Adam Lambert's stunts on stage at the AMAs, and we all know that ABC cancelled his appearance/performance after. They did, however, go through with an interview of Chris Brown - with a performance to boot. Now what's wrong with this picture? Cancelling on a gay performer is okay and featuring a girlfriend beater is okay, too? Ummm...is it just me or is ABC calling the wrong shots?

I didn’t want to use the word “shock,” but that’s what people are saying. Good Morning America canceled Adam’s appearance following the controversial performance he gave at the AMAs.
