While Nicole Kidman is supporting her new husband’s alcohol abuse, her ex-husband Tom Cruise & his wife-to-be seem to be getting ready for a wedding blow-out-spectacular.

Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes were spotted arriving at Rome’s Ciampino airport Monday with not only 7-month old baby daughter Suri, but also Cruise’s adopted children, 13-year-old Isabella & 11-year-old Conner.  The family immediately left the airport for Hotel Hassler Roma, a five-star hotel located at the top of the fames Spanish Steps.  Not a bad location indeed.

The news still stands that TomKat is to marry somewhere in Italy, probably near a lake, on November 18.  Pals of the famous couple were asked to make the weekend of November 16-19 available.  Katie’s wedding dress as well as Tom’s tux are both being designed by the infamous designer Giorgio Armani.

Well, it looks like we have those long-awaited TomKat wedding bells in the future, looking forward to seeing the gorgeous pictures!
