31-year-old Tobey Maguire & his jewely designer fiance Jennifer Meyer are the proud parents of a baby girl.

29-year-old Meyer gave birth Thursday in Los Angeles to a healthy baby girl.  No word as of yet on a name, but we will keep you informed.  We are told that both mother & child are doing well.

Maguire & Meyer have been an item since 2003; they announced their engagement earlier this year.

Congrats to the happy family!
