Tatum O’Neal was arrested in buying crack cocaine. She was spotted getting the drugs at a street corner near her home. The actress, who often appears on “Rescue Me” tried to wriggle out of arrest by saying, “You know who I am, right?” then tried to excuse her sale saying she was “researching a part.”

O’Neal may have picked up her habits from her mom, Joanna Moore, who often abused drugs. Her struggles with drug abuse started early; she was just 14 when she started taking drugs marijuana, Quaaludes, cocaine, then heroin. She went into rehab in 1996. Didn’t work, apparently.
