David Letterman “The View” Appearance This September

On September 7th David Letterman will be appearing on the female gab-fest The View. The show will mark the beginning to the shows 14th season.

The appearance will also mark the first time Barbara Walters will host the show since having open-heart surgery in May.

Other guests scheduled to appear during the shows season premiere week include formder Secretary Of State Colin Powell and Danny Devito.

President Obama ‘The View’ Telecast Is Most Watched Ever!

President Barack Obama appeared on female gab fest The View this past Thursday and we've come to learn that it was the most watched telecast of all time.

According to TV reporting firm Nielsen Research, the telecast brought in more than 6.6 million American viewers and featured the standard cast of culprits including Whoopi Goldberg, Barbara Walters, Joy Behar, Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Read the rest of this entry »

Barbara Walters Ready To Return To ‘The View’

It's been nearly two months since Barbara Walters underwent heart valve surgery and now the founding member of the popular woman's talk show "The View" is set to return to the program.

The 80-year-old host will return on July 12th, although that appearance will be marked only by a Skype video call rather than an actual show visit. No further return has been announced by the shows studio ABC.

Walters is still resting and recuperating from her operation and "retired" from her pre-Oscars interviews after this years Academy Awards.

It's good to hear she's doing okay. Keep on tickin' Barbara, plus please do something about Whoopi...pretty please!
