The Betty Ford Clinic is under high alert with news that Lindsay Lohan may have a crazed stalker on her hands.
According to insiders, Lohan has been receiving frightening text and phone messages from an unknown person who has been threatening Lohan and her family. The stalker has also said they are “watching” Lindsay and that they know where she is at all times.
To protect Lohan and other residents at the clinic, she has been moved to a “private, secure” area at the facility.

Dina is asking that Michael pay previously owed child support on their two children who are not yet of age, Ali, 16 and Cody, 14.
The couple headed to court just several months ago after Michael failed to make his monthly payments. Dina is reportedly even more furious that Michael has been making payments to his “illegitimate daughters” mother. Michael is paying support to a Montana woman who won a default judgment against Michael when he never opposed her claim that she fathered his daughter, Ashley Kaufmann 15 years ago.

When you get dropped form playing Linda Lovelave in an adult documentary about the pornstar behind the XXX rated movie Deepthroat it should be a good time for you to realize you have major issues to deal with in your life and that’s exactly what happened to Lindsay Lohan this week.
Inferno director Matthew Wilder had previously fought for Lohan in the main role of Lovelace, heck he even delayed production of the film to wait for her to finish rehab, but on Saturday he told E! News that the production has been delayed long enough and must go on.
Wilder told E! News:

Lindsay Lohan lucked out today when Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox ordered her back to rehab until Jan 2011, allowing her to avoid jail time after testing positive for Cocaine shortly after her probationary period started in September.
Lohan tested positive for the drug just after being released from her 20 day stint in a UCLA Medical Center and a 13-day stay in County jail.
Lohan checked into the Betty Ford Center this month and Fox told her to stay put until Jan. 3, 2011 in place of jail time, which probably would have been cut short due to over crowding.

Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, tried to visit his daughter this week at the Betty Ford Center, but was turned away when it was discovered he was not on the list of approved visitors.
TMZ is reporting that Michael showed up for “Family Week” however while he is Lindsay’s father, his name was not on the list of approved visitors.
The guard at the gate to the clinic gave Michael the contact information for the person in charge of the list at which point Lohan went to his nearby hotel to await a call back to see if he would be able to get in to see his daughter.

Lindsay Lohan is back in rehab, it’s her fifth trip to a rehab facility in three years, including her recent court ordered Rehab stint.
Lohan checked herself into a Southern California rehab center on Monday night and according to insiders she’s expected to stay in the facility until Oct. 22nd when she will return to court after having failed several recent drug tests, including a failed test for cocaine.
In 2007 Lohan entered rehab three times, citing alcohol and drug addiction, that was the same year she was arrested on a DUI charge.

It can be hard to kick a habit like Cocaine and Lindsay Lohan’s 4th entry into a rehab center, expected sometime this coming week, proves just that point.
TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan, 24, will check herself back into a rehab center of her choosing in the next seven days. According to tipsters, she’s actually serious about taking control of her long-time addiction to Cocaine after having relapsed after her last stint at a court ordered UCLA inpatient clinic.
Lohan entered rehab on a 90 day court ordered stint after violating terms of her 2007 DUI probation, however she was released only 14 days later when the clinic said she was cured (Good job UCLA rehab clinic team).

Check out the mugshot of Lindsay Lohan shown above, in the past she had smiled for her police provided photo, but this time it’s clear that she’s not happy to be heading back to jail after failing several drug tests while on probation.
Hey at least her new hair matches the color of her jumpsuit.
Lohan was taken out of a Beverly Hills courtroom on Friday morning in Handcuffs after Judge Fox ordered her behind bars until her probation hearing is completed on October 22nd.

The Los Angeles court system might quite possibly be the worst in America, when they sentence people they rarely serve anywhere close to their full time and when their out on probation and fail drug tests they do very little about it.
TMZ is reporting that Lohan will not serve 30 days in jail for her recent cocaine drug violation. TMZ says Judge Elden Fox will not make Lohan sit behind bars for 30 days when she would be in front of the court for a new hearing. The move would have been a sure way to keep Lohan behind bars despite over crowding, but is not allowed under current law.
Apparently Fox can’t sentence Lohan without bail since all her offenses are misdemeanors, I guess it’s too bad she didn’t have the cocaine on her with enough to hit her with a distribute charge.
More than likely tomorrow’s court case will be short with Fox setting a formal probation violation hearing for sometime in October 2010, then Judge Fox will set bail after remanding Lohan.
It’s also reported that Lohan will have a bondsman in court with her to take care of the payment on the spot so she can be released immediately.

So much for being anonymous, it’s being reported Lindsay Lohan has once again joined AA.
The move comes just after it was discovered that Lindsay had failed a mandatory drug test, showing positive for cocaine.
Lohan attended an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting Friday night and then headed back to another meeting less than 24 hours later on Saturday afternoon.
What did the starlet do after her Friday meeting? She went out partying all around Hollywood of course.

Lohan was just released from the UCLA Medical Center on August 24th after serving just 13 days of a 90-day jail term for a DUI probation violation.
If the rumor is true, the violation of her drug testing could send Lohan back to jail for up to 30 days, or in L.A. speak, a few hours of jail time before being released due to overcrowding.

Who better is there to make fun of her mess of a life than Lindsay Lohan herself? That’s what happened during the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards when Lilo appeared in the opening sequence with the shows host Chelsea Handler.
During the skit Lohan made fun of the mess that has become her life, while Handler wore a device on her ankle that sure looked a lot like Lohan’s former ankle bracelet, but what Handler said was just a beeping alert so she would know that her table was ready at the Cheesecake factory
Lohan proceeded to slap Handler across the face several times and eventually convinced her to give up her alcoholic ways before slapping her on the butt as Handler walked towards the stage in a robe. Read the rest of this entry »

Apparently with alcohol and cocaine no longer controlling her life, at least for the moment, Lindsay Lohan is looking for something a little more maternal to occupy her time.
It turns out that just a week after hitting a stroller while driving her Maserati, she’s decided a child of her own would be a great way to go, with insiders saying she “hates being alone.” Read the rest of this entry »

What do you give to a recently released convict? In the case of Lindsay Lohan you can start with a dozen or so eggs. According to a report filed at the Nassau County Police Department and discovered by TMZ that’s exactly what happened when unidentified vandals approached her home on August 31st and threw eggs at her front door.
One week after that incident the train wreck of a stars mailbox was ripped out of the ground.
At this time authorities don’t know if the two cases are tied together in some way, but more important, who files a police report over an egging? The mailbox vandalism I understand, but seriously for an egging? She’d probably do the same thing for a bit of T.P.
Dina Lohan chimed in, stating that she didn’t know who did it, but really she probably just wanted to hear herself talk.

Lindsay Lohan is already showing that she can indeed make some very clever decisions after leaving rehab. The tabloid favorite has hired Larry Rudolph, the former manager of Britney Spears who is credited with turning around her career after a mental breakdown and messy divorce.
According to The New York Post a close source to Lohan said:
“She’s telling everyone she is more than ready for work and people should hire her and hire her now,”
Larry however wants her to take a step back:
“She’s on lockdown,” at his request the source said to the paper.

Paris Hilton was hit with a felony cocaine possession charge today after a weekend cocaine arrest was made and bail was posted for the multi-million dollar hotel heiress.
Paris is charged with “possession of a controlled substance” and could face jail time if convicted of the crime, especially when considering her past run-ins with the law including her DUI arrest which saw her serve less than a month behind bars.

Lindsay Lohan showed up in court today wearing jean shorts, a flannel shirt and what appeared to be a rather light sheer top. The most shocking part? She didn’t appear to be wearing a bra.
Now before I get attacked by feminists who shout from the hilltops that she has the right to choose if she wears a bra or not, I have no problem with that choice, but some judges may and it’s not a very court appropriate outfit for someone who can afford to dress up nice when going in front of judges who already have a problem with her.

What does a drunk partier do after serving jail and rehab time stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest? They apply for a new drivers license almost the moment they get out of rehab then start looking for places to throw a party of course. That’s at least what Lindsay Lohan is alleged to be doing.
OK! Magazine is reporting that Lohan applied to receive her California driver’s license just hours after leaving rehab on Wednesday.
Lohan’s doctors at the rehab facility called her fit to leave just 23 days after she was admitted to the facility. Lohan was sentenced to a total of 180 days to be split evently between jail and rehab but spent less than a month and a half split between both institutions with most of that time served at a rehab facility.
