Downloading has been a bone of contention for the longest time, and we will always hear different versions from the opposing camps. People will always have something to say about it, but one thing is for sure: downloading does not seem to be going anywhere in the near future.
You can watch movies any time and practically anywhere these days. It does not even have to be part of illegal downloading!
No matter what perspective you hold, though, I think you will love our list for today: the top 5 most downloaded Hollywood hunks.
The data is taken from an infographic titled Top 10 Most Pirated Movies of All Time. This is a pretty good list with lots of eye candy. My only regret: Robert Downey, Jr. did not make the cut!
Johnny Depp’s Pirates of the Caribbean is one of the top-grossing movies of all time, and apparently, people who download movies love it as well. The top-billed actor, of course, is understandably one of the hunkiest in Tinsel Town. I don’t think anyone will disagree!

MTV News interviewed Johnny Depp this past week and he said of the role:
“I’ve said I’m into it, but no one’s actually approached me…I’m in. I’m in,” while adding “I think it’d be pretty easy.”
Here’s the clip of Depp admitting he would take on a cameo role in the movie:

Pirates Of The Caribbean “On Stranger Tides” will be released in May 2011 but one lucky Central London Eatery customer got their hands on the script way ahead of time.
According to The Sun the script was found in the eatery, no doubt left behind by an unsuspecting worker or actor from the film.
The customer decided to hand the script over to The Sun so they could get it back to Disney (the film studio that owns the rights to the movie).
Disney proceeded to thank the customer for their honesty.
The movie stars Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) as he searches for the fountain of youth.
A happy ending for Disney and a nice gesture by someone who could have taken the Gizmodo/iPhone 4 approach but instead decided to do the right thing.

The Jolie-Pitt family are adapting to Italy pretty well. Angelina Jolie is busy shooting The Tourist with co-star Johnny Depp, so the actress flew her entire family to Venice to keep them close while she is busy with the film.
Brad Pitt and the kids seem to be enjoying their time frolicking around Venice and immersing in the Italian culture.

Here is the couple helping their kids Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh get into a water taxi after having breakfast at Palazzina Grassi last Sunday.

Here is Ange filming a scene with Johnny Depp while Brad does daddy duty off set.

Two weeks ago, photographers spotted Brangelina aboard a canal boat with their twins Knox and Vivienne.

Even their sons Pax and Maddox enjoy strolling down the streets of Venice.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Brangelina purchase a house and decide to move to Venice away from the paparazzi-crazed life in Hollywood.

Of course he’d make the perfect March 5 cover. Alice in Wonderland is coming out tomorrow! Johnny Depp, in his Mad Hatter character, graces this week’s cover of Entertainment Weekly and it’s all about Wonderland—well, almost.
There’s the music review of the Alice in Wonderland soundtrack—yes, the one with Avril Lavigne’s new track. There’s the cover story on Johnny Depp and Tim Burton—one of the best tandems in the entertainment world.
If you’re not so hot about all the Alice hullaballoo, you can always turn the page to the Oscar predictions, the Jason Derulo spotlight, and your usual dose of EW book reviews.
Go grab your copy now! I hear there are limited bulks left. Must be the Mad Hatter’s enticing wardrobe.

The stars of Alice In Wonderland graced the Royal World Premiere in London’s Odeon Leicester Square Thursday to celebrate the opening of the much-anticipated movie.

Director Tim Burton and his wife Helena Bonham Carter, who plays the Red Queen in the movie, posed for the photographers. Tim Burton previously threatened to ditch the premiere after Odeon cinema chain refused to screen Alice In Wonderland in the local market. Odeon finally agreed to show the film last minute.

Check out Helena’s quirky Queen of Hearts purse.

Anne Hathaway, who plays the White Queen, wore a strapless Vivienne Westwood dress and Stephen Webster jewelry.

Mia Wasikowska, who plays the title role, outdid Anne Hathaway in the fashion department with this lacy Valentino dress.

Barbara Windsor, who plays Dormouse, looked every bit the Tim Burton character in her whimsical suit.

Dancer Paloma Faith seemed to have the Red Queen in mind when she dressed up for the event.

It was a royal affair as Prince Charles and Camilla came to support the event, which benefited The Prince’s Foundation for Children & the Arts.

Mad-as-a-hatter Johnny Depp said it best: “It’s Tim Burton’s take on Alice in Wonderland, which to me, is the perfect marriage to bring Lewis Carroll’s masterpiece to life.”
Alice in Wonderland opens in the US and UK on March 5, 2010. Don’t forget your 3D glasses!

1. To be directed by Rob Marshall, the movie is entitled Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and will feature flashbacks to Captain Jack Sparrow’s early life. Rob plans to take a “fresh approach” to the sequel, which will be released in 2011.
2. Johnny Depp signed a contract to star in the fourth franchise of Pirates of the Caribbean for a reported $33.6 million paycheck. “The fee jumps 46-year-old Depp ahead of the likes of Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise and Mel Gibson who demand and get around $32 million a film,” News.com reported.
3. Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley have opted out after the third movie, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End. Other actors such as Geoffrey Rush (who played Captain Barbossa) will be back on the team.
4. Penelope Cruz could take Keira Knightley’s spot as leading lady. According to MTV, Penelope is in discussions to land a role in the pirate flick.

When Tim Burton and Johnny Depp are involved, you know it’s going to be phenomenal. Of all the blockbuster hits that 2010 promises to bring, it’s Alice in Wonderland that I cannot wait to see.
Lewis Carroll’s 19th century fairy tale has been told and retold so many times, but director Tim Burton promises to bring a more visually arresting version to the big screen.
Although Johnny’s twisted take on the Mad Hatter is expected to be entertaining as always, there’s another star that could steal the spotlight—Mia Wasikowska, who plays the lead role Alice. The film has yet to be shown in March, and already the 20-year-old Australian actress is making her rounds in Hollywood.
“I think I had a similar experience to Alice,” she told Daily Record. “I was definitely thrust into a world that was unlike my own. Making the film was very bizarre and odd, and it mimicked exactly what it was like for Alice to be in Wonderland.”
She’s been pegged as one of the faces to watch in 2010, and is reportedly working on two more movies with hotshot Hollywood directors. To want to be thrust into the public life of an A-List Hollywood celebrity, they say you have to be mad as a hatter.

For the fourth time. The new installment to the pirates franchise is titled “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides,” and Disney says it is due in 2011. This is not the only project that Depp is working on. He has Alice in Wonderland and Tonto (Lone Ranger).

Heath Ledger was still filming The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus when he died last week. Now, the production company is scrambling for ways to finish it — if only to pay tribute to the talent for someone everyone deeply respected and loved.
Costar Christopher Plummer confirmed reports that Ledger hadn’t been feeling well. “We all caught colds because we were shooting outside on horrible, damp nights. But Heath’s went on and I don’t think he dealt with it immediately with the antibiotics.…I think what he did have was the walking pneumonia.”
He also said Heath repeatedly complained about not being able to sleep and was taking pills just to get enough rest for the next day’s filming.
There are rumors that Johnny Depp will be asked to step into Heath’s role, but none of these have been confirmed.
