Who the heck is Casper Smart? That’s the reaction I got from a couple of people – but only a handful. After all, his relationship with star Jennifer Lopez has not escaped the prying eyes of the celebrity-fascinated. Far from that actually. Jennifer Lopez is keeping mum, but these pictures say it all. Bradley was spotted in Los Angeles with a woman who looks eerily familiar. Oh come on, Jennifer, you think hiding behind your hands is enough? You know it’s you, and the fact that you’re ducking away from papparazzi only gives us more reason to wonder what’s going on. What are you guys trying to hide? Especially when both your reps refuse to give any comments.
Jennifer and Bradley have been hanging out for at least a month, when they were seen having dinner in New York. They said it was just for work—but we’ve heard that line before. And someone close to Jennifer has said that after that date in New York, the two “stayed in touch” and that she “ does like his attention, and it makes her feel good that he seems so into her.” There also seems to be a lot of chemistry between the two. “She has a fun time with Bradley and he makes her laugh.”
Well nothing to be ashamed of—after all, Jennifer Lopez is divorced, and there’s no law against her going out and having fun again!

J. Lo Breaks Down During American Idol Elimination Round

It looks like Jennifer Lopez is getting ready to pull an Ellen DeGeneres. American Idols newest judge broke down on Wednesday night while announcing that Chris Medina was be cut from the show.
Medina wow the judges and viewers with his first audition appearance, however the judges (Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler) disagreed with Lopez and decided to cut him after some so-so performances during Hollywood week.
Medina for his part bowed out gracefully, thanking the judges for giving his brain-injured fiance Juliana Ramos the chance of a lifetime when she was able to meet all three judges during Chris’ original audition round.

American Idol Debuts To Lowest Ratings In Years

Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez and Ryan Seacrest debuted the newest season of American Idol with ratings down by 13 percent compared to 2010′s show.
According to industry numbers, 26.1 million viewers tuned in to check out the newest season of singers and no doubt the new judging panel. While those numbers are considerably lower than last season, American Idol still easily won the night.
The ratings were the lowest debut since Summer 2002.
Jennifer Lopez Named Boys & Girls Club Of America Spokeswoman

Jennifer Lopez is the first ever spokeswoman for the Boy & Girls Club of America.
The organization has had spokesmen on the books for years, including Denzel Washington who has served the organization for 18 years.
Lopez will provide her voice and face to print and commercial ads for Boys & Girls Club across the country.

Wynter Gordon Ditches Writing For Others, Launches Solo Career

It looks like J. Lo, Danity Kane, Mary J. Blige and various other artists looking for their next big hit will have to look elsewhere. Wynter Gordon the hit making song writer behind those and other stars hits has announced that she’s exiting the third party song writing game for a while so she can focus on her own career.

After bringing Atlantic Records executives to tears during her showcase, Wynter is finally taking center stage and putting the finishing touches on her debut album, ‘With the Music I Die,’ due out in 2011.
Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony Sign Clothing Line Deal With Macy’s

Jennifer Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony have signed a clothing line deal with Macy’s. The power couple will bring to the store a line of menswear, womenswear and homewear.
The new lifestyle fashion venture is expected to generate upwards of $3 billion in sales for Macy’s. The deal also marks the first time a celebrity couple have worked on a clothing line for one retailer at the same time. In 2009 the couple closed down their Sweetface luxury sportwear line.
Jennifer Lopez will work on the womenwears apparel and accessories while Anthony will do the same for the mens line.
Jennifer Lopez Agrees To $12 Million American Idol Deal

Jennifer Lopez will be hosting the 10th season of American Idol to the tune of $12 million.
Deadline Hollywood has learned from show insiders that Jennifer Lopez agreed to the deal and will begin hosting American Idol alongside Randy Jackson and Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler on this coming January’s 10th season.
According to those insiders, Lopez actually signed the deal at the end of July when it was discovered that Simon Cowell wanted her to join X-Factor as a judge, a move that put the bargaining chips on her side of the table.

Despite all the rumors, Jennifer Lopez will not be appearing on the 10th season of American Idol as the shows newest judge.
A Fox TV insider says her diva-like attitude caused producers to back away from talks and they are now searching for a more suitable replacement (Translation: Someone less bitchy with more talent).
Currently the only judge for season 10 is the shows mainstay judge Randy Jackson who survived the departure of Simon Cowell, Kara DiGuardi, Paula Abdul and Ellen Degeneres (who quit the show on her own). Read the rest of this entry »
Jennifer Lopez Facing $40 Million Cyprus Lawsuit

Jennifer Lopez scrapped her upcoming Cyprus show and now she’s facing a lawsuit that could cost her as much as $40 million.
Lopez was suppose to perform at the opening of the hotel complex Cratos Premium in Turkish Cypriot on july 24th, however her show was slammed by Cyprus Action Network of America officials and she withdrew her performance.
According to her rep:
“Jennifer Lopez would never knowingly support any state, country, institution or regime that was associated with any form of human rights abuse,” adding, “After a full review of the relevant circumstances in Cyprus, it was the decision of management to withdraw from the appearance. J.Lo attended the London premiere of The Back-up Plan on Wednesday night at Leicester Square wearing a stunning one-shoulder leather number from the Lanvin Spring 2010 collection. But that wasn’t the only thing that got everyone’s attention—it was her beehive hairdo, which people are now comparing to singer Amy Winehouse and reality TV star Snooki.
My vote goes to Jennifer Lopez! Amy Winehouse’s beehive ‘do, which was cool when she was starting out, now needs a major revamp. Snooki, in the meantime, looks like a washed-up TV star with her permanent ’90s-looking beehive. J.Lo’s red carpet updo has a more glamorous runway vibe to it.

J.Lo Loves Nubbins

Meet the newest doggie sensation—Nubbins! This adorable Boston Terrier plays J.Lo’s character Zoe’s disabled dog named Nuts in The Back-up Plan. Both attended the movie premiere at the Regency Village Theatre on Wednesday in Westwood, California.
Although Jennifer Lopez looked hot in her silver Gianfranco Ferré dress with matching satin Ferragamo shoes, Nubbins the dog stole the show from the 40-year-old actress/singer.
Attendees and onlookers kept gushing at Nubbins. Who could blame them? Bring any sunflower decked and wheelchair bound dog to any red carpet event and he’s sure to be the center of attention. Nubbins himself didn’t mind the constant flashing of cameras.
Don’t worry; Nubbins isn’t really handicapped. He’s one of three rescued Boston Terriers who were rigorously trained to act for movies and TV shows. Read more about Nubbins here.

Spring is coming! Rachel McAdams’ pastel-patterned Elie Saab Haute couture gown took the attention away from the dark, monochrome hues of the lingering Winter season.
The 40-year-old singer/actress still has her famous curves. J.Lo flaunted them in this Armani Privé gown with a dramatic train, Ferragamo pumps, and Cartier diamonds.
I’m not usually a fan of celebs who wear black in the red carpet, because it’s such a safe, cliché choice, but Carey Mulligan made me do a 360 with her black Swarovski-encrusted Prada.

It’s great to see actresses stay away from solid-hued dresses for change. Maggie Gyllenhaal, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actress, wore a brushstroke-print Dries Van Noten gown accessorized with vintage Fred Leighton jewels.
Cameron Diaz opted for old Hollywood glamour in this Oscar de la Renta gown matched with Cartier jewels.
Presenter Kristen Stewart surprised red carpet critics with her feminine custom-made dress. This Monique Lhuillier navy trumpet gown was a refreshing change from Kristen’s usually boyish/rocker outfits.
Ruffled would be an understatement for Vera Formiga’s choice of gown. The Best Supporting Actress nominee’s Marchesa gown stood out from the crowd.
Diane Kruger was Chanel’s muse that night. Her ruffled Chanel Haute Couture Collection gown accessorized with Chanel jewelry gave her look a vintage vibe.
I loved Best Supporting Actress nominee Anna Kendrick’s flow-y Elie Saabe Couture gown. She accessorized well with her Judith Leiber clutch and Kwiat diamonds.
Elizabeth Banks’ glamorous gown was no gray area. Her sparkling Fred Leighton jewelry looked great with her ruffled Versace number.
Demi Moore’s fashion choices are usually hit-or-miss. What a relief to see that this night was a hit. Her Atelier Versace gown flaunted her fab figure.
J.Lo Is Starting Over

How fitting that she sang her new song “Starting Over” at last weekend’s SNL stint. Jennifer Lopez recently severed her ties with Sony Records, the record label that represented her music for the past 10 years.
“[J.Lo] insisted it was a mutual decision, but record executives were rumored to be unhappy with the commercial response to her latest singles ‘Louboutins’ and ‘Fresh Out Of The Oven’,” reports Daily Mail.
I don’t blame them; I just listened to the three tracks and I’m not buying them on iTunes. She needs something that parallels the success of her album This Is Me… Then in 2002. If a new record label can help her with that, then go do it, J.Lo!

It looks like she’s going experimental with her wardrobe. Compared to her glam days in the early millennium, Jennifer Lopez is trying out different looks. At the 60th Festival di Sanremo in Italy last Friday, she channeled her inner rockstar when she performed live onstage.
J.Lo performed her classic hits such as “My Love Don’t Cost a Thing” and “Get Right” at the Ariston Theater. Her disastrous New Year’s Eve catsuit is almost out of my mind.
