Spain’s magazines have scored all the major sextastic hotties this month. Read the rest of this entry »
Check out the May 2010 Australian edition of Harper’s Bazaar.
It’s an impressive move, especially if you want your magazine to stand out in the sea of monthly glossy covers. The artwork by David Bromley shows a topless Lily Allen with devil horns and a statement choker. The photograph by Alan Gelati came from the magazine’s January 2010 issue, where the 24-year-old singer/actress posed nude for a black and white fashion feature.
The treatment reminds me a bit of Nylon magazine’s edgy personality and artsy layouts. Had they splashed on neon colors, it would have looked like a page from Marvin Scott Jarrett’s mind.
Would you buy the Lily Allen cover of Harper’s Bazaar?
The UK edition of Harper’s Bazaar has Megan Fox on its April issue. If her sultry eyes and figure aren’t enough to make you buy the magazine, then maybe the interview on her sex life and self-awareness will make you change your mind. Here are some quotes:
I’ve only been with two men my entire life—my childhood sweetheart and Brian. I can never have sex with someone that I don’t love, ever. The idea makes me sick. I’ve never even come close to having a one-night stand.
My body parts are all I have left now that are only mine—the world owns everything else.
My biggest regret is that I’ve assisted the media in making me into a cartoon character. I don’t regret what has happened to me, but I regret the way I have dealt with it.
