The Black Eyed Peas will be very busy on Super Bowl Sunday, they will perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show, arguably the most stressful of musical performances, while also hosting the Sports Illustrated Super Bowl Party.
The party will also feature producer-DJ David Guetta and various Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models, including: Christine Teigen, Anne V., Julie Henderson, and Genevieve Morton.
The event will take place at The Tower Building in the Fair Park section of Dallas.
According to the Miami Dolphins owner:
“As an NFL owner and a football fan, I cannot be more excited to join forces with Sports Illustrated for the hottest party of the season,” while adding, “It will be the kick-off to an amazing weekend in Dallas and we can’t wait to get it started.”
The Super Bowl this year with a Christina Aguilera pre-game show will kickoff @ 6PM on FOX.

In response to the song being featured Fergie told E!:

The cast of NBC’s morning talk series The Today Show, finished off their weekend of “Today Goes Viral” videos by creating their own version of the Black Eyed Peas hit song “I Got A feeling.
The cast was helped along by their crowd of 150 people along with Jenna Bush-Hager and the always funny news achor Brian Williams.
The entire video was shot using a single take and was inspired by a group of students at the University of Quebec (their video reached over 9 million views earlier this year.)

Black Eyed Peas founder and producer extraordinaire Will.i.Am says he wants no part in the new Michael Jackson album because it stands against everything Michael believed in.
Will.i.am told EW:
“Whoever put it out and is profiting off of it, I want to see how cold they are … He just wasn’t any ordinary artist. He was a hands-on person. To me it’s disrespectful. There’s no honoring.”
According to Will.i.Am the biggest issue is using unfinished Michael Songs on the album:
“Michael Jackson songs are finished when Michael says they’re finished … Maybe if I never worked with him I wouldn’t have this perspective. He was very particular about how he wanted his vocals, the reverb he used … he was that hands-on.”
While it’s true that money will be made, the Michael Jackson estate, namely his children are the one’s to most profit off the album, so I call this one a toss up, after all I’m sure he would want what’s best for his children.

And in music news, iTunes is celebrating as it delivered its 10 billionth song last week. iTunes’ successful digital downloading service began in 2003, and this 10 billion mark is a major milestone for Apple.
As Cupertino recovers from a weekend of champagne and revelry, here are some highlights worth googling:
1. The 10 billionth iTunes download is “Guess Things Happen That Way” by Johnny Cash. It was downloaded by Louie Sulcer of Woodstock, Georgia, who won a $10,000 iTunes Gift Card as part of Apple’s 10 Billion Songs Countdown contest.
2. The most legally downloaded song of all time (or at least since iTunes started in ’03) is “I Gotta Feeling” by Black Eyed Peas, followed by Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face” and “Boom Boom Pow,” also by BEP. View the complete list here.
3. Online experts are predicting that iTunes will be tweaking its services to compete with other online downloading companies. Among the possible improvements are cheaper download prices and streaming options.

Fergie’s futuristic costume made the rest of the Black Eyed Peas look like her minions. The group performed for a sold-out crowd at the Madison Square Garden last Wednesday.
“Well hello lovers,” an emotional Fergie said to the audience. “It’s been my dream to fill Madison Square Garden. Thank you all so much for coming!” I wonder if she did the robot dance.
After the smashing concert, the BEP headed out to the after-party at The Bacardi VIP Room at M2 Lounge, where they performed again at the DJ booth, reports Just Jared. “I got a feeling…”

It’s the Year of the Tiger, according to Chinese astrology. “Rawr,” I say! We spied on Hollywood’s party animals to see how they unleashed their inner tigers (and tigresses) on New Year’s Eve.

Lady GaGa performed at the Fontainbleau Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. It wasn’t just her new ‘do and getup that spelled extravagant; she reportedly checked in a $15,000-a-night penthouse.
Kim Kardashian at a Pre-New Year’s Eve Party at Eve Nightclub, Las Vegas.

Pam Anderson was escorted by some interesting creatures at the Gridlock 2010 New Year’s Eve bash at Paramount Studios, Hollywood.
Hot mommies Christina Aguilera and Nicole Richie left the little ones at home to party in Vegas. Nicole hosted the LAVO party with beau Joel Madden, while Christina hosted and performed at TAO.

Fergie (right) performed with the Black Eyed Peas at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. It was one of the many gigs they had for the New Year weekend.

Mariah Carey got her Mimi on at Madison Square Garden in New York, while hubby Nick Cannon played deejay offstage.

She may have gotten the crowd going at Times Square, but I’d stay away from the skintight suit if I were J.Lo.
