Grammy award winner Ben Harper and his wife Laura Dern are getting a divorce. Ben Harper filed legal documents this week to end the couples five-year marriage.

According to court documents the divorce is ending with “irreconcilable differences”  and the couple have been separated since January 2010.

TMZ snoops are reporting that they have been:

“Living and traveling together throughout the year and were even intimate as recently as last week.”
