Don’t forget that 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin will be hosting the season-ending episode of the 35th year of Saturday Night Live this weekend. His appearance as host will make him tied with comedian Steve Martin for most times hosting. Though if I remember correctly, Martin kept showing up unannounced during previous episodes where Baldwin hosted. I’m happy to see both of these two great hosts, but I really hope they step it up with the now-boring “Schwetty balls” skit Baldwin is noted for. In fact, here’s a clip of an older skit. Not sure what year it’s from, but Baldwin looks decidedly skinny and youthful, so I’m guessing anywhere as far back as 1990, his first year. Of course, he’s still pretty charming, though maybe a bit vain.
