Michaele Salahi Kicked Off ‘Celebrity Rehab’ For Having “No Addiction”

How much of a reality TV junkie and attention seeker do you need to be to fake your way onto a show about people with real addictions, especially by making up an addiction. That’s reportedly what happened when Michaele Salahi entered into production of Celebrity Rehab.
A source on the set told TMZ today taht Michaele has “no addiction” and therefore “no reason to be there.”
Over the weekend Tareq Salahi even came out and said that Michaele’s only addiction in her life is “probably to chocolate.”
Charlie Sheen Still Not In Rehab, Neighbors Want Him To Sell Home

Troubled actor Charlie Sheen has not checked into rehab and apparently his neighbors have become so sick of his antics that they want him to move out of their upscale Mulholland Hills neighborhood.
A source at Access Hollywood says that Sheen headed to Malibu on Friday where he was suppose to check into a treatment facility to receive help for his cocaine and alcohol addictions. However, instead of checking in for treatment, Sheen went home and spent the night at his own residence.
It's also being reported that Sheen's upscale neighbor's are trying to get the actor kicked out of his home, calling it The Bates Motel.
Disney Star Demi Lovato Preparing To Leave Rehab

It's being reported that Disney star Demi Lovato is getting ready to check out of her suburban Illinois rehab treatment center.
Lovato checked into rehab during Fall 2010 and is now reported to be checking out "sometime next week."
You may recall that the actress checked into rehab in October after suffering an "emotional breakdown" which included a violent act against one of her backup dancers on her tour bus, an attack that recent led to an out of court financial settlement.
Backstreet Boys Member In Rehab Once Again

Backstreet Boy's singer AJ McLean is once again heading back into rehab. The trip is the third for McLean who has a history of cocaine and alcohol dependency.
McLean's entry into rehab comes on the heals of an announcement that the group will tour this summer with New Kids On The Block, that tour is set to kick off on June 2.
According to the singer he entered rehab so he would be ready for the tour:
“For personal reasons, I’ve checked myself into a rehab clinic. With 2011 being a busy year for Backstreet, I want to be healthy and at my best.” While he went on to add, “Thank you for all of your support and respecting my family and friends’ privacy during this time.”

Demi Lovato is getting out of rehab on December 25th, however her Christmas pass is only good for one day, enough time for the troubled Disney star to spend a nice Christmas dinner with her family.
People close to Demi say she will be out tomorrow to meet with her family “outside the facility.” After dinner she is expected to return back to the treatment center to finish the program.
Demi checked herself into a rehab center in Illinois last month after she broke down and eventually punched a female backup dancer in the face on a company provided private jet.
Kirsten Dunst Checked Herself Into Rehab Because Of Depression

Kirsten Dunst has revealed that her rehab stay at the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in 2008 was not due to the standard substance abuse breakdown that many stars go through, but rather due to depression.
In an interview for the Dec. 2010 / Jan. 2011 issue of BlackBook Magazine Dunst reveals that she was suffering from depression:
“I know what it’s like to lose yourself, to no longer know the difference between right or wrong. My friends and family were put in a position where they had to defend me, and it was an awful time.”
Dunst says she became angered after rumors began flying that she was addicted to drugs and alcohol, saying that her partying was no more than other people her age.

When you get dropped form playing Linda Lovelave in an adult documentary about the pornstar behind the XXX rated movie Deepthroat it should be a good time for you to realize you have major issues to deal with in your life and that’s exactly what happened to Lindsay Lohan this week.
Inferno director Matthew Wilder had previously fought for Lohan in the main role of Lovelace, heck he even delayed production of the film to wait for her to finish rehab, but on Saturday he told E! News that the production has been delayed long enough and must go on.

Lindsay Lohan Ordered Back To Rehab Until Jan 2011, No Jail Time

Lindsay Lohan lucked out today when Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox ordered her back to rehab until Jan 2011, allowing her to avoid jail time after testing positive for Cocaine shortly after her probationary period started in September.
Lohan tested positive for the drug just after being released from her 20 day stint in a UCLA Medical Center and a 13-day stay in County jail.
Lohan checked into the Betty Ford Center this month and Fox told her to stay put until Jan. 3, 2011 in place of jail time, which probably would have been cut short due to over crowding.
Lindsay Lohan Enters Rehab For Fifth Time

Lindsay Lohan is back in rehab, it’s her fifth trip to a rehab facility in three years, including her recent court ordered Rehab stint.
Lohan checked herself into a Southern California rehab center on Monday night and according to insiders she’s expected to stay in the facility until Oct. 22nd when she will return to court after having failed several recent drug tests, including a failed test for cocaine.
In 2007 Lohan entered rehab three times, citing alcohol and drug addiction, that was the same year she was arrested on a DUI charge.

It can be hard to kick a habit like Cocaine and Lindsay Lohan’s 4th entry into a rehab center, expected sometime this coming week, proves just that point.
TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan, 24, will check herself back into a rehab center of her choosing in the next seven days. According to tipsters, she’s actually serious about taking control of her long-time addiction to Cocaine after having relapsed after her last stint at a court ordered UCLA inpatient clinic.
Lohan entered rehab on a 90 day court ordered stint after violating terms of her 2007 DUI probation, however she was released only 14 days later when the clinic said she was cured (Good job UCLA rehab clinic team).

I find very few people to be more annoying than Janice Dickinson, but even at the age of 55 it’s hard to deny she looks pretty good, especially after seeing her naked in the most recent edition of Britain’s Closer Magazine.
Dickinson, now 55 years old is the mother of two and says her rigorous exercise regime, a strict diet and botox injections (which she had done twice a year) have kept her looking younger.

Julia Roberts Brother, Eric Roberts, Checks Into ‘Celebrity Rehab’

You may not have known that actor Eric Roberts was the brother of Julia Roberts, but it’s sure to get more press in the coming week with Eric Roberts, 54, signing up for the hit reality TV show “Celebrity Rehab.”

Heather Locklear Completes Rehab Program

Heather Locklear has successfully completed in-patient rehab for a prescription drug problem. The actress entered the program 30 days ago.
Locklear originally went to rehab in April after being arrested for a hit-and-run incident, however sources close to the actress say that original stay and this most recent stay are not connected.
The original hit and run which was scooped by TMZ occurred in a car registered to her and husband rocker Rickie Sambora, apparently the vehicle ran over a “no parking” sign near the couple’s home in Westlake Village, CA. Police were never able tell who was driving the vehicle and a judge dismissed the case.
Nick Nolte Staying At German Rehab Center

Actor Nick Nolte has been checked into a German rehabilitation center for quite a while now.
The National Enquirer is reporting that the 69 year old actor is currently at the ultra-exclusive Privatklinik in Dornstetten-Hallwangen.
Nolte didn’t check into the clinic on his own, he’s accompanied by his girlfriend Clytie Lane, who we assume is in the clinic for issues of her own.
According to the report Nolte checked in on May 18th, a fairly long time for such an event to go unnoticed by the entertainment media.

Padma Lakshmi may be very happy with her new baby, Krishna, and her new man, billionaire Teddy Forstmann, but he isn’t her baby daddy. That role falls to billionaire computer maker Michael Dell (Dell Computers), whom she had a relationship with in 2009. Her endometriosis condition means that pregnancy is often responsible or at least dangerous. Padma has openly said how supportive Forstmann has been of her pregnancy. She was also recently declared as the sexiest chef, though she is in fact a cookbook writer and food reality show host. Not sure she’s a chef.
Former British Royal family member Sarah Ferguson, once the Duchcess of York, was taped by a News of the World reporter negotiating access to former husband, Prince Andrew, for 500,000 British pounds. She accepted GBP 40,000 as a down-payment. The implication is that she lied, as she no longer has access to the Prince. So another Royal scandal is brewing. (Sorry, lost count of all the other ones; the Royals long ago proved that they were in fact human and prone to human flaws.)
Notorious attention-whore Tila Tequila, who has been appearing in public in extremely crazy outfits (including using a waist belt as a bra), is apparently entering rehab. In fact, she’s agreed to be on Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew. So that means the show literally has only one person on committed to next season, which probably isn’t enough to save it. No one else wants to be on the show, including Lindsay Lohan.
Perez Hilton has a YouTube “video” of Liza Minelli covering Beyonce’s track Single Ladies for the Sex and the City 2 soundtrack. I’m not normally a fan of Liza, but I have to say that her cover is very spunky and makes me think that the song wouldn’t be out of place in a burlesque show in Las Vegas. It just has the right punchy sound. Though I’d want Rose McGowan and Nicole Kidman dancing. Oh and hey, why not Beyonce too?
Stephanie Pratt To Go To Rehab

Stephanie Pratt has been involved in some mischievous activities lately, and I think that it doesn’t really come as a surprise that she is headed to rehab. She was charged with DUI last month, and the news is that she is going to be checked in to a facility for 30 days. At least she’s going in the right direction now!
Burt Reynolds Released From Rehab

Actor Burt Reynolds has just been released from a drug rehab center. According to his manager, he entered the facility to undergo treatment for dependence on painkillers. At 73, Reynolds, says he hopes that his experience will help other people in similar situations. We’re behind ya, Burt!
