39-year-old Pauly Shore isn’t a good neighbor.  Surprised?  Horror director Wes Craven lives next to the comedian & is going so far as to sue his ass for laziness. 

According to court documents, Craven is suing Shore because he claims that since Shore never took care of his pool, spa or sprinklers, this caused a landslide that effected his property on Decemeber 19, 2006.  Craven is suing for damages as well as the emotional upheaval this has caused the horror guru.

But, I have to say, this is probably the most attention Pauly Shore has received from a movie director in some time….
