Well, it looks like the long-running feud between Paris Hilton & Nicole Richie is over at last, or maybe that was just round one- we’ll see anyhoo.

Paris revealed, “I love Nicole, and I’m so glad we’re friends again.”

“I missed her. She’s like my sister — we’ve known each other 23 years. I’m glad we can put the feud behind us. I’m really happy she’s back in my life.”

Wow, brave words spoken by Paris.  Well, at least she was able to put a nicely structured sentence together, right?

Hilton & Richie fell out back in April 2005 and refused to speak with each other despite The Simple Life filming.

It looks like The Simple Life actually brought the two back together.  A source close to the new BFF stated, “Paris and Nicole were due to meet with E! to discuss concepts for the next season of The Simple Life, and they decided to meet first.”

I’m still thinking round two is coming.  What do you think?
