No celebrity appeal would be complete without an upskirt picture, and that goes double for socialite Paris Hilton.

It looks like Hilton’s attorney has officially filed an appeal in the case of the 45-day sentencing that silly ole Paris received for driving with a suspended driver’s license. 

While Hilton’s lawyers may not ever get to make an appeal, they are trying to prove that the original judge abused his station by imposing such a harsh jail term on the Hollywood princess.

If you ask me, that 45-day sentence wasn’t long enough!  What do you say?
